In this video i taught you about long tiered skirt with shirring waistband, its a unique kind of skirt and very easy to make this skirt has different name some call it Gypsy skirt or Boho skirt . some call it layered long skirt .some call it ruffle maxi skirt and some are gucci skirt .Many people create that style skirt but the unique thing in my video i made a shirring /smocking in my waist band and after that i attached tiered in my skirt. Which make it very attractive and elegant.
