    • RM 50 Challenge Ramada...
    I took my British friend Kristian to Ramadan Bazaar in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, to see his impressions of local foods and to get his overall impression of Ramadan Bazaar.
    We started our Ramadan Bazaar with local kebab or hotdog, that was packed in a very strange way considering the sauce covered bun.
    After this we explored around Ramadan Bazaar and we were offered free samples of Sweet Potato donut like snacks, that were actually super delicious. That was Kristians favorite food from Ramadan Bazaar and mine too.
    After that we ended up getting some dragonfruit smoothie, my friend from UK thought its gonna have a taste that will blow his head off (because of the strong color) but to his surprise the taste was quite mellow and not so flavorful. But after going trough half of the smoothie he actually thought its pretty good.
    Then we bought some cheapest snacks you can get from Ramadan Bazaar in Kampung Baru, Curry Puffs or other snacks that were available on stall and it only cost 3 ringgit per 5. Such a great deal.
    Then we went after the infamous Murtabak, we got beef murtabak as the sandwich/kebab was with chicken. After we bought Murtabak it started raining pretty heavily and we luckily we had good cover.
    Then we headed for a walk around Kampung Baru, original idea was to go to Seloma Link and from there to park next to Petronas Twin Towers, but we ended up discovering this lovely little sitting area in Kampung Baru village.
    So we sat down there and sampled all the foods, overall Kristian gave dining experience 6.7/10. I think Its pretty good score considering Kristian has done a lot of fine dining lately in the fanciest spots in Bangkok.

    Bro you should bring and show your friend go to PutraJaya bazaar the biggest bazaar in Malaysia and modern building architecture before end of ramadhan. Your friend can told them not put sauce on the Kebab but I heard he said stick them all on Kebab.

      but of coz mcd, kfc, marry brown, pizzas, non-local restaurant and eatery places will be open..

    The 4.50 and 5.00 Malaysian ringgit isn't that big of a difference. The 0.50 Malaysian cent (£0.08) cheaper might be smaller in size and the 0.50 higher might be flavorful and bigger.. I always go for the slightly pricey (0.50-1.00RM) because it usually has extra values in it.. (More chunky meat in the case of murtabak)

    • @Gymson
      @Gymson  Před 5 měsíci

      Yeah okay makes sense😁 as I bought from the 4,50 stall few days before I felt like going for that was smart move. But next time I test your theory and see if more expensive one is better😁

By the way its a nice courtesy to refrain from eating and drinking openly . But feel free to enjoy the food discreetly like at that park and not block the traffic at the bazaar by eating/drinking too much. Some people argue that they don't mind the eating/drinking but notice theres no tables and chairs for people to eat and drink and yes some people do get triggered specially children.
