I bet even though it came out after I bet it was in production before Harry Potter and just wasnt finish til after Harry Potter came out. Also though if anyone wonders how good actors are in bad movies it's because even when your a well known actor you'll only get hired once for about 150 failed casting calls so you take what you can get just to bridge the gap.

I just wanna say, with all the A++ fart jokes, my sister was born without a sense of smell and I haven’t taken full fartvantage of that. I did however tell her growing up that lightbulbs and clouds had specific smells. She didn’t learn until our late teens that I was lying

A friend of mine was obsessed with Rupert Grint and gingers in general during the time this was made, so she ordered the dvd and we watched it many times. My favorite quote is when Rupert says the title of the film. Thank you so much for reminding this gem exists.

If you want another farty space movie definitely check out Rocketman (not the Elton John biopic). It is a 90s Disney movie with Harland Williams and Beau Bridges and actually Shelley Duvall plays Harland Williams's mom. Anyway, Fred Randall works for NASA and kind of accidentally becomes an astronaut to Mars. I loved it as a kid and I watched it again a year or so ago and I still loved it.

Ned Beatty was Otis in the Superman movie. I love that Kiera Knightley and Stephen Fry were in this. So great. It does make me wonder if these well-known actors were friends with whoever was making this film. That would explain a lot the casting.

This reminds me. I have a coworker that doesn’t have a sense of smell, and he had to ask us if he smells bad or not. 😂 One day he told my coworker that she LOOKS like she smells good, but he has no clue. It’s actually hilarious. This was a great review.
You should review halloweentown! I think it would be fun hearing movies we grew up watching on Disney Channel being reviewed, it's pretty funny all the things we never noticed when we were kids.

Jamie, I’m really glad you got a sponsorship from Noom, because I had NO idea it was more than a diet thing. It actually reminds me of my first psychology course in college now that I’ve had it explained to me this comprehensively.
Also, this movie about farts is somehow one of the funniest kids movies I’ve ever heard of. I have a feeling a lot of the big name actors in it took their roles because they wanted to be a part of a film that sounded like it would be a lot of fun to make. Keira Knightly is probably just like the rest of us who think farts are funny and said “hell yes, I’ll say a line as a background character” and then had a hilarious time filming for an afternoon so she could do something silly for once.
Oh, one more thing.
This movie has the same sort of vibe (much less farting in it) as the movie Penelope (2009) starring James McAvoy, Christina Ricci, Peter Dinklage, Catherine O’Hara, Richard E. Grant, Reese Witherspoon, and there’s a cameo from Nick Frost. It’s weird as hell, funny, sweetly romantic, and I have never seen anyone do a review or reaction video of the film. I think a lot of people would love it after seeing a video on it from you.
It was Keira Knightley's first ever movie so I'm willing to bet she took it on because she would have been happy to have any job

I recommend reviewing either Sugar and Spice about teen cheerleaders who rob a bank to help their pregnant leader, or Drop Dead Gorgeous about the American Teen Princess Pageant (but in a Minnesotan accent) lol. Both so full of famous people they need to be watched by everyone again! Did you forget the beer can fused to her mom's hand by trailer explosion?? I grew up in Australia to British parents and reading English comics. I completely got where this movie was coming from. I recognised just about all the actors…they are brilliant because they’re happy to make as arse of themselves and laugh even louder at themselves than we do.
There is a movie that my siblings and I watched every Christmas. It's called Babes in Toyland. It's not the one from the 60s. It was made in 1986 and drew Barrymore is in it. I have never met another living person that has watched it. But it's super weird. I'm not sure why we liked it so much. Clearly, people on drugs made it. But I'd love to see you watch it.
I loved that movie when I was a kid! It's WILD. And don't forget that Keanu is also in it - and Pat Morita! I watched it again a few years ago and it's kinda dark for a kid's movie, but then so were a lot of 80s kids movies.

Regarding your question about cussing: I'm not British but yeah, America is a bit different when it comes to censoring and the general feeling towards swearing. I'm Scandinavian and I started swearing like a sailor when I was 5 lol, my parents tried to unteach it but didn't work. Never had consequences though, it's not a big deal here.

Omg PLEASE do "St. Trinians", it's a movie about an all girls school full of rebellious girls and then a goody-two-shoes (our protagonist ofcourse) comes to the school and all hell breaks loose. It's honestly a wild ride and it was one of my favourites as a young rebelious girl, it has all the chliches and I think you would love it. It starrs Juno Temple, Colin Firth, Rupert Everett... Russel Brand is also in it for some reason 😂 Anyway I would watch the heck out of your video on that!!

They filmed PS/SS before this. A lot of British actors take roles in these types of films because the UK TV/Film industry is pretty small (or at least it was at the time) so they would take work whenever they could get it.
