I'm so disappointed, I went last weekend and they didn't have half the merchandise in this video! Not even a standard Mario plush! I hope all this stuff comes back eventually.
You'll find your merch eventually! It's brand new so things will constantly be out of stock. Don't forget to check the upper lot stores in case they might have what you're looking for!
I'll be going there next month and I know I'll be spending a lot of time in that shop so this video definitely helped me get an idea of what they all have.

Aaaah I’ve been waiting to go here and I was finally able to last Sunday! Sadly we just looked around and never got to enter any buildings-but it still such a beautiful sight 😁🌟

Are the Mario hats exclusive to the 1-up factory? I went a week before the park opened and I was trying to buy a Mario hat but didn’t see any in the park stores outside of Nintendo world. I did see them displayed right outside of Nintendo world but I didn’t think to ask them if they had any in stock
We can't confirm since they weren't in the 1-Up Factory or the Upper Lot stores during our visit, but our guess is that they are not exclusive since a lot of the Nintendo merch shops have identical items
I’ve seen people wearing those official Mario and Luigi hats. Do they not sell those at the parks?
From what we saw, they have oversized hats in the style of Mario and Luigi, but not regular cap-sized hats

Unfortunately we didn't get to check the price on everything, so we're not 100% sure!

They sell a large oversized Mario hat which goes in and out of stock, but not a regular hat size version
