I thought I was the only one who prayed on the plane. I pray when we take off, pray when we land, and pray that all those on the plane make it to their destination safely.
Same here. Flying and then the Turbulence definitely scares me and gives me anxiety so I just try and breathe and pray through that as well. Flying is not easy but so worth it when you reach your destination safely. ❤

Adrienne thank you for sharing, you absolutely rock! I had a terrible fear of snakes, so much so that I was taken by a friend without me knowing to a reptile convention. I cried my eyes out and didn't want to go inside, but I decided I should after a good cry and walked in. After that experience I decided to go to another convention, this time willingly, and there I got up the courage to hold a baby snake. That was HUGE for me. Now I am not afraid to see them on magazines, tv, movies, or in person, however I don't make it a point to go near them.

I enjoy your videos because you seem so authentic. I know what you said about social media and how we see like 5% of your life, but the honesty you exude and the genuine happiness and your personality and quirks/differences shine through. I actually shed tears watching this because I don’t see much of that in real life today, it’s hard. I appreciate you sharing your outlook.

I have to say, u are very brave for being so honest & transparent. I’m with u on several levels: flying after 9/11, rats in the city (I’m from Jersey City), and skydiving! I think ppl who skydive “for fun” are nuts! 💯 I also feel u on what u were saying about motherhood & if all else fell away & thats all u had you’d be great. Those are the things that really matter in life. Anyway, thank u for sharing yourself with us so openly. ❤️

Thanks for going deeper into your fears. I’ve recently shared my emetophobia (fear of vomiting) with my family and friends, and they were really patient and loving with me. Sometimes telling people, especially people you love, about fears can help you manage them better.

Such a Woman of God! First you said "Power Through It" which was my Dads saying while he was going through his cancer treatments. He is no longer with us, but my family still uses those words Daily! I also have hyperthyroid and Graves’ disease but was able to conceive successfully and healthy babies!
I also have hyperthyroidism and Graves’ disease as well. It doesn't stop you from conceiving. It can become dangerous for mother Or baby if the thyroid hormone levels are not under control, but it doesn't cause infertility.

One way I deal with my “fear” of flying and turbulence is of course praying but while I’m flying I imagine literally being in God’s hands and him lifting me from my first location and carrying me so peacefully and smoothly to my destination and that gives me soo much peace of mind!! ❤️❤️❤️ hope that helps you!

I flew with my 2 year old daughter to Miami last week and I previously suffered from anxiety and panic on planes. I remembered the prayer...."Angels, take your post!" I was sooo surprised that I did not have ANY anxiety on my flight! I will always remember that prayer and will teach it to her. It really helped me. Thanks so much for sharing!!!😘😘😘

imma start saying angels take your post .. that an excellent saying, it’s such a comforting statement .. coming from someone who has terrible anxiety about things happening to me or people i love. it’s gotten better because i don’t watch the news as much anymore cause that was the trigger of it.
