- It's new helmet day here at Paul's Collectibles! This time we have the Star Wars Black Series 332nd Ahsoka's Clone Trooper full size helmet prop replica to look at. These guys came from Clone Wars: The Animated Series during season 7 and played a pivotal role during Order 66 and the escape of Darth Maul. This helmet is a repaint of the recent Phase II Clone Trooper helmet we received from Hasbro. Let's take a good look at this newest offering!

Thank you for the kind words, Christopher. And I'd be careful with that if I were you! haha! These helmets are like Lay's potato chips, you can't get just one. They're addictive! haha! And I have seen your collection room. You're packed! You'd have to get an entire separate room for the all helmets you'd get when you fell down that rabbit hole. Thank you for the kind words, Matt! And yeah, I was actually pleasantly surprised with this one. I expected it to be silly looking, like so many of the other Stormtrooper helmets we got, but this one blew me away. It actually went right up for display and I pulled down the regular plain clone helmet from Black Series I had up. And I can't wait to see what they do next. I'd love a purple-accented Mace Windu clone, a Shock Trooper clone or even a 212th Battalion clone helmet! Thanks for checking this video out as well, sir!

Thank you so much for posting this! I had already pre-ordered it, but was able to cancel my pre-order and purchase it now. It ended up costing me a little bit more, but it was well worth it to not have to wait another 2 months (or longer) to get my pre-ordered one. It arrived this morning already, so kudos to BBTS. I had never ordered anything from them previously, but I certainly will in the future as everything went very well. It's a fantastic helmet and will make a very nice addition to my collection.

I was pleasantly surprised with the paint apps on this one for sure, Art. Especially after the debacle that was the Artillery Trooper and the Incinerator Trooper. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you grab one of these. It's really good!

It's surprisingly good, Edmo! If you get the chance to get one of these, I don't think you're going to be disappointed. I ended up putting it on display, when I had initially predicted there was a good chance it was going back in the box and into storage after opening it. I have the scout trooper helmet, and I love it. But for clone helmets I go to cybercraft. And for the og helmets I buy them by rs propmasters. But keep up the good work my friend!!!

I got this a couple of months ago, your right about how nicely its done, they did an amazing job on them, i was originally going for the plane white clone, but kept going back to this. They should do away with the daft voice changer, its garbage, bu5 interestingly the pilot helmets play xwing, blaster eounds, RT bleeps & some original move dialogue ( sounds great when its on your head ) as well as some flashing lights. Its actually worth installing the battery just to hear it & then take them back out
You and I agree on this one for sure, Paul. They're previous paint job on trooper helmets were silly looking at best, but they really took it to a great level here. And you're so right. I'd take a price drop and no voice changer on these trooper helmets for sure. They don't work AT ALL! I'm excited to see what they do with the Carson Teva helmet in this area, though!
Is there a rule clone and stormtrooper were not allow to paint over the black brow trim above the bisorn
That's a good question, Klips. I don't know that I have ever seen any specific rules as to how the troopers were to paint their helmets. But you are correct. Other than on this helmet, they always skipped over the black brow when painting their helmets. I suspect it is different here to indicate the rush, field expedient paint job these troopers did to honor Ahsoka. Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video!

I instantly regret watching this. 🙈🤣 I cancelled my preorder for the Ahsoka helmet because there is so much new stuff coming out that something has to be cut, and this was one I thought I could do without cause I've no attachment to the animated shows. But it looks so much better in your video than it did in the hasbro reveal vid. I want it now. Damn you Paul, damn you. 😔😅

I was only going to buy one Stormtrooper helmet a few years back to display in a case, and now I have lost all self-control and am vacuuming these up as fast as they can release them. Ugh! What helmet stand are you using?
A C, I am using 12" tall, brushed metal, kitchen paper towel holders. They can be found at any housewares shop like Bed, Bath and Beyond, Costco, Amazon and the like.

Right, Bailey?! I was girded for disappointment on this one, and was pleasantly surprised. It actually ended up going for display. And, to my credit, I actually remembered to cancel it at all the other places I had it pre-ordered, so this time, unlike the Bo Katan helmet, I didn't end up with three. Only one. haha!

Not a fan of the Black Series clone trooper helmet in the first place. I find it looks a bit off; it’s also oversized compared to other makes. Also, the color is way too white. I got mine from Cyber Craft; it was kind of expensive but worth it. I also got a 332nd Ahsoka helmet from Galaxytoys that I’m extremely happy with. (custom job with the same paint scheme as the one Cyber Craft makes)
Those are all valid points, Penelope, and I can't disagree with you. This one is very different from what we saw in Revenge of the Sith and in the Clone Wars Animated Series for sure. It's definitely more like the live action clones we saw in Andor and Kenobi. And I've studied Cyber Craft helmets for quite some time, but never pulled the trigger. They are really nice, but they look just a bit "off" to me. I can't quite put my finger on what it is. I'm glad to hear your 332nd from them was spot on. And both helmets I got from Galaxy Toys, although well-made, were a disappointment when it comes to screen accuracy and proper proportioning. Although, I hear he has stepped up his game recently and is producing better helmets. Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video!
Nice helmet. Makes a great display piece. Well with disney losing money at the parks and at the theaters. And now a strike going on. Wont be seeing anymore starwars or marvel universe anytime soon. Ahsoka should be safe since 1st season done. Andor, bad batch. Mandolorian, book of bobba fett, abd others will be delay for along time
Thanks, Michael. It replaced the plain clone helmet on my "clone wall" since I already had a different version of the plain clone helmet in my display case. And you hit the nail on the head there, buddy. I really think we are going to see a pretty seismic shift in Hollywood after this strike. in the meantime, as you mentioned, things are going to run dry for a while.
