I was fortunate to be born and raised on the Daylesford Estate. Whilst Daylesford farm shop is exceptional, I grieve for the stud farm which was a truly beautiful place, the type that exists in fairytales. The Bamfords rebuilt it beyond recognition and for me took away its magic. Sadly we can’t stop progress but at least I will always have my memories of a most perfect childhood.

I am so glad to see you back in the world, on your travels again. I have just thoroughly enjoyed your most recent episode. Not only the beautiful countryside and interesting history. But also the way it is presented in a “ oh by the way, did you know...” manner. I look forward to your next adventure along the English countryside. The Cotswolds. M

I chuckled with mirth when you spoke of Gerry Rafferty with such obvious, but uncharacteristic glee. Thank you for that lighthearted moment. I really needed that.

Another interesting tour and, yes, I agree the “planners” have not always been “kind” to the village. The church is rich in history - just hope restoration experts will step up to preserve it for future generations. Looking forward to your next adventure - your trips brighten our weekends!👍

An OLD video recycled under the pretense of a premier. While mildly interesting the first time around, now just a repetitiously, tedious ordeal of dismally, dull architecture long past its Best Before Date. Do people still actually live in these hovels of rubble? IT IS TIME FOR NEW MATERIAL!

Please do not take what this commenter says as representing what all of your viewers think. I loved watching this video, even though it was repackaged material. I will watch anything you distribute: old or new.
And dismally dull architecture? Hold your tongue!
