I have a 2015 570 full size. I live in the mountains and It gets used every day. I wish it came with downhill decent, and a dump bed, but it has hauled more wood, and I have never done anything to it other than breaks, and tires, and regular maintenance.
In my opinion, Rangers are underrated despite sales being crazy. Imagine having a Ranger Northstar Crew with 8 inch SuperATV portals, and an insane combo of MSA Wheels and 50 inch BKTs. Only thing it would need is more power, maybe an RZR swap. That would be an ultimate mudding monster dropping into mud holes on a hot summer day with air-conditioning rocking. This is the kinda potential I see when I think of Rangers but of course they're main purpose is utility. Keep on with the great content!
You’d need more than 8inch portals to clear 50s. I’ve got 6s and forward arms and i only clear 35s. And if you do a gilomen tune on the 1000XP they make around 100hp instead of the stock 82 it comes with.

I've driven a couple at the shop and they're fine. I'll always prefer the 50 inch wide Pioneer to fit in the back of my truck, not as popular on the used market for a great value purchase. Keep up the great work.I made the mistake of driving a Razor 800 on the back of my truck from my loading dock without taking the drivers door off! Not a good look at all.

SXS have gone the way of console systems. They give you an amazing product that requires accessories to be functional. SXS need a winch, roof, windshield, and half doors stock. End of story.

Went from a 2015 midsized 570 to a Ranger 1000xp. Loved everything about the XP more except at times I missed the smaller width of the midsized. When I saw the new redesign of the midsize 570 especially the Northstar edition I got excited. I do a lot of ice fishing in Northern MN and trying to find a smaller toy hauler fish house that will fit the full size Ranger is almost impossible. The midsized will fit in most of them. I was disappointed that the midsize Northstar edition doesn't have AC like the Northstar version of the full size. My guess is it would rob too much power from the already smaller engine. 2 things would need to be drastically improved on over my 2015 midsized is the horribly low ground clearance and how loud it is.
I like the small stature of the 570, but if I had the cash to upgrade I would personally take the full sized Ranger. That XP 1000 you have must be a nice machine. 👍

How is this ranger for short people? Are the pedals easy to reach? I’m 5’4 and wife 5’2
You'll both be fine. My teenage daughter can comfortably reach the pedals and feels right in the driver's seat.
We have a ranger full size 570 . It is capable but I would like a twin cylinder to make the sound it makes less sowing machine. But still it is good

Drove one daily at my work place. Nice and quiet but battery wouldn't last more than hour and a half in the winter, which is expected.

Would love to! We keep asking Kawi for one to evaluate, but haven't been able to get a Teryx in a few seasons.

Not true. They stopped taking pre-orders on Northstar, General, and Turbo RZR models and switched dealers to allocation only.
Just ordered a 2022 XP 1000 Ranger Crew for one of my customers yesterday.
When will they change their clunky outdated gear selector.. it's long overdue.
