The red Taurus loco is wonderfull. Thank you.
Vielen Dank! Taurus ist meine Lieblings Lokomotive :-)
Hi Pete, great video. Covered a very small part of this journey from Floridsdorf to Meidling on an extremely hot day in June 2019 when we were glad of the A/C! Lots of stops just on that short journey! Our loco was a 1144. Well suited to this run. Love these dosto sets.
Hi Christopher, thanks so much! Class 1144 is my favorite loco, I like it a lot more with these Dosto sets :-)
In June 2021 i went by Railjet to Praha hl.n. and the station were Wien Hbf (startpoint) - Breclav - Brno hl.n. Kolin - Praha hlavni Nadrazi.
great report video Pete
Thank, Julien! :-)
Very nice Pete!
Vielen Dank! :-)
Hezké video :)
Díky moc! :-)
Excellent Pete! These are great regional trains and very spacious. Shame such a powerful loco isn't put to full use!
Thanks so much! I like these Dosto trains. And I agree, the potential of Taurus locomotives is unused on these trains. In my opinion, the Class 1144 is more suitable here, which can also run in a push-pull configuration.
Amazing Trip report!!!
This train is really nice. I took a similar train 2019 from Bratislava to Vienna
Thanks so much! Bratislava - Vienna also operates ÖBB CityShuttle, but currently with single-decker coaches :-)
Enjoyed the ride, on my list of trains to ride, thanks for the lift.
Thanks so much! :-)
Perfektní video jako obvykle!! Velmi detailně udělané. Jednoty vypadají i po více než 20 let v provozu stále dobře. Jsem zvědavý na ty modernizované!😃👍🏻
Díky moc! Ano, prekvapilo me, jak byly uvnitr ciste a zachovale.. take jsem zvedav na ty rekonstrukce, ty co jezdi pres Gmünd by uz snad mely byt 😎
Hezké video
Díky moc! :-)
You are an Insparation bro. You are the reason i want to Travel. +1 sub.
Thanks so much😎
I love that you cover the graffitis btw! Because any publicity is what those idiots want. It’s insane how much the train companies have to pay for the cleaning.
Yes, and it also spoils the train experience if, for example, the window is painted.
Nice trip report liked seeing the flat fields scenery of Czech Republic and beautiful buildings in Vienna
I guess this is an international commuter service as there was many stops in Vienna area
Thanks so much! I think the flat fields were already in Austria. This train has only one stop in the Czech Republic, which is also a departure station :-)
@@PeteBrandy Indeed those fields are already in Austria.
Hezký!
Díky :-)
4:10 - These seats are adjustable. Just lift the bottom of the seat.
Thanks - I always wanted to see what a ride on the "Wiesel" was like. I hope when they change to Cityjet they keep the Wiesel logo - really cute. 🦊
Thanks for watching! I was looking at photos of the new CityJet style sets, and I haven't seen the Wiesel logo anywhere .. so I hope it will be added later.
Thank you, Sylwia! :-)
Určitě by mě zajímala reportáž z 1. třídy RegioPanteru :D
Určitě ji někdy také udělám :-)
Yeah, the City Shuttle Weasels.
Instant like.
It's coming the time of company holidays in four days, but I haven't recent plan for it.
Maybe trainspotting in Břeclav or Hegyeshalom (HU).
Thanks! Btw. trainspotting sounds like a good plan!
It looks like this video was posted, removed, then posted again. I saw it the first time and commented on the nice views from the train windows.
Thanks so much! I had to reupload the video because I needed to make some corrections of informations in the summary. Otherwise, I managed to read your original comment :-) Thanks again for the support! :-)
The CityJet is interesting me. It's good idea, than you will going for it. If it's Wien-Mitte station, that's interesting me to the CAT.
Thanks for info! I plan to try both, CityJet and CAT :-)
Like!
@@PeteBrandy Hmmm 🤔
How does it feel in contrast with CityElephant?
In my opinion the CityShuttle is much quieter, but it's mainly because this is non traction set. Also, I also like more the CityShuttle's interior.
Ahoj.
17 Euro to je za jednu cestu nebo
i zpáteční cesta ?
The Loco has only Germany and Austria Connectivity.. why it drive in the czech ?
Class 1116 Taurus can operate under 15 kV (German / Austrian system) and also under 25 kV, which is in the southern part of the Czech Republic
normal cityshuttle > double-decker cityshuttle
