S presso is ugly af alright. But i think the ignis is a pretty decent looking car. I mean, for something targeted at youth who want something funky and cool, its designed well in my opinion. But the s presso is a whole new level of ugly

The people who are buying it dont really care about what others think. They dont buy it for social status, they just buy it for practical use. So yeah it works for them.
Kwid 2019 is great looker for entry level car
30k+ on kwid so far without any issues!! Ac works awesome plus mileage is really nice!! Car handling is smooth and the features provided for the price range is commendable!! The only drawback is the engine sound. Its abit on the louder side and sometimes it feels like you’re driving a bolero or tata sumo 😄 but Im in love with my car!! Kwid is a nice car for people looking for a budget friendly good looking car
Kwid with maruti's 1l engine would be the best budget car😆
People say kwid is only better in looks, which is wrong, it also has better seats (not space), rear camera, arm rest, better suspension and better grip on steering wheel.
As rightly pointed out by Renuka Madam, in the event of a collision passengers of both cars are suscetible to whiplash injuries owing to fixed headrests at front and rear.Its hightime that manufactures provide adjustable headrests at front and rear.
on looks espresso is not so good but kwid looks soo hot,but in terms of refinement,gear smoothness and overal driving feel espresso is better than the kwid

Yes and valid observation.Refinement is way ahead in an maruti k12 than the renault's one.Renault screams whereas the k12 purrs.A drive between these two cars will obviously confirm which one has the superior refinement.Trust me!!

Kwid looks better than spresso but I have the impression that kwid is a high maintenance, parts are a lot more expensive and not easily found since it is a European car. I'm not being a racer but we all know japanese cars really have a good reputation to keep. I just wish Suzuki will come up with a better design or somewhat able to match kwid's

Most of the reviews are about how "ugly" the spresso looks but FYI when you are buying durable goods like car, refrigerator, tv etc. Don't go on looks of it , focus on the features and research properly because for those of who don't know Kwid has many faults which can not be ignored.

This car has some deviations from standard. No body ever mentioned that it has a single reverse parking light though space for two is available. The car jack holder is under Driver seat, not within boot space

For a rs 5lakhs odd car... spresso has good interiors.. great legroom.. airbags... infotainment system... only problem is the styling...

S -presso produces more torque than kwid ,kwid plastic quality is soo cheap
The thing with the bottom headlights of kwid is... if u crash even lightly... it will screw up the headlights!!!
The thing about the Maruti is,if you crash it even slightly, you'll screw up quite a bit of the whole car.

Looks can be decieving, dont go for looks, but go for a car that will last.
Moreover between automatic variants Spresso AGS far better than Kwid AMT

The Spresso looks very comical. It doesn’t have any appeal to it whatsoever. But it is designed from the inside out. Which means comfort and practicality more than style.

I have seen s-presso in person. Its nowhere near mini SUV. More like a larger Bajaj Qute or a Tata Nano.

k seres in s presso and Alto k10 are legues ahed in terms of perfomance compared to kwid 1L low end and top end of k seres is fantastic , but fun fact is that kwid is lighter than s presso and people calling s presso tin ,then what kwid will be but no deniying that kwid look better than s presso
Any comments on how the AMT drives for both. These are teo of the cheapest AMTs on offer.
I test drove the Kwid Amt today and the Spresso AMT yesterday the Spresso AMT is the winner with a smooth transmission and considerably less head nod, the Kwid is noisy and the head nods are more prominent.
The only drawback in KWID is that it's not of SUZUKI

Better after-sales service, nationwide peace of mind.
Narrower in width for small towns - yet good interior space
Adding accessories like skid plates, roof rails and alloy wheels complete the claimed “mini-SUV” look.
And that’s why the S-Presso will easily outsell the Kwid.
I feel that the s presso was designed, keeping trump in mind. trump smile is similar to spresso front.

Kwid definitely feels more sure-footed thanks to larger size wheels & firm suspension setup. Renault really needs to work on their after sales & rumours of there oil sump of getting damaged easily. Overall kwid is way better that spresso in every manner
i have driven kwid the power delivery is linear and it is really good with potholes that's what i felt

There r many people who need a small car because a big car won't go inside their lanes or because of parking issues. For such people like me there aren't luxury small cars. Need a car kwid ka size i20 ka interior

Both the cars don't have the safety measures..... But looks & features wise kwid is way better than s-presso. But still Indian customer will buy S-presso.... Thats why the other good brand not coming to India.... And many good brand shutting down their factory in India. (for eg. Chevrolet)

It's high time maruti should think of reaccessing their build quality. The Indian car buyers have now matured and unwilling to accept the plastic quality cars anymore and numbers are indeed doing the talking. Once the first time car buyers start shifting away from maruti that would be the final nail on the coffin. Design wise Spresso is a big dead dodo..!

kwid's front design is overdone
though maruti look ugly but its seating position is better than quid,more space than kwid,loading/unloading of luggage easier than kwid.
driving cant say because i dont know to drive a car. seating beside a driver can make feel and say that espresso pick up is more linear than kwid.
In this range every car have its pros and cons..

There is no comparison between the two. Obviously Kwid is the better choice. Also, Kwid looks more expensive than what it is priced at and S-Presso looks more like Bajaj Qute (Quadra cycle) than a car.
