I HAVE A PLAN
My 17 year old son teared up when he was at the part with Arthur saying goodbye to his horse. My son doesn't cry. I was very touched at this moment too...great story telling. I am so glad the actor who voiced Arthur won an award for it.
Roger Clark 👌
That part is very strong and hard.... It's very difficult to stay calm there.... I'm not a sensitive person(sometimes I have an ice hearth), but damn... This game made me fucking cry in some parts.... Rockstar has made a wonderful game.... No. It's not a game... This masterpiece is art.

This game leaves you something once finished. A message, a lesson, an inspiration, I don't know what exactly is. But it is something about life, our choices, our mistakes and our good actions. Take our past as a basis to improve ourselves and keep growing, no matter what we did wrong we got time to fix it and go on.
Thank you Arthur.
I think the biggest thing to take from it all is that vengeance truly is a fool's game. Arthur really understood it in the end, and what he did was out of love. If John realized this before going after Micah, things might've been different for Jack too. But then again, some things are never to be forgiven nor forgotten...

I took around 2 weeks to complete the game but wish I took longer and took my time a bit more; I mean I didn't trailblaze through it, but I did feel that the worry of being exposed to spoilers kind of rushed me in the end. I would liked to have seen Rockstar implement time restrictions between the main story missions to prevent one from rushing through it. Guarma for instance, didn't get to see much of it, however I did return in the epilogue as John and explored it then.

Hosea and Arthur were the influence that Dutch needed to be a proper loving and caring leader to his people, and Micah ruined Dutch to leave his people for dead. Dutch was never bad, he was just strongly influenced by the people that were close to him, and unfortunately Micah over powered Arthur voice on that mountain.
What ending did you get?
Aidyn Smith Especially Hosea, his death hit Dutch hard. You can tell in the end, Dutch realizes he has no one left, he lost all of his friends, family, and their loyalty. That’s why he left the money, it wasn’t about the money anymore.
He was pressured so much and failed his gang
I got the ending where my head got blown off. I had no idea why. I legit had max honour.

I agree
I didn't cry when Arthur died.
The game literally took my heart and broke it that moment.
Which made me unable to cry.
Best written character and journey I've gone through in a game... The game felt like it died when he did.
Not really sure I can pick it up for another play through after this.
Couldn't even make myself play the epilogue either.
I was the same way. I felt that Arthur had started this whole thing because the good man he was. He was loyal and didn't believe in revenge and that to me is a man everyone would have the honor of knowing. After the end... I couldn't bring myself to play the Epilogue and I honestly became really sad and it was the only thing I thought about the whole time. Although I wanted to revenge myself, it teaches me a lesson you can still be a good person and have respect from people without the hunger and thirst for revenge.
You’re missing out if you don’t play the epilogue and watch the credits.
I played to get my redemption for killing Arthur
I forced myself to play through the epilogue.
I did eventually finish the game and watch all the credits..
I still wish i'd be able to switch back to Arthur for an end game free roam though just because I feel like I developed through the story with him.
