Not a fan of Nye, but he is right regarding nK. There is not an acceptable military option, regardless of nukes or not. nK knows that any war ends the regime. Everyone else knows that any war gets 100s of thousands killed in Seoul. So, sadly, only nK internal change can ease tensions, yet any yielding by the ROK or US or UN or PRC only makes nK more belligerent.
