For real, when I first started I didn't know elytra were in the boats until I saw it in a video
I kiiled all shulkers for and looted all chest for some extra loot but I forget to get elytra
Tip for the beds: wait until the dragon’s head is right above the bed. This will do the most damage

Another tip : Instead of using ender pearls to get down when you are affected by levitation, use a chorus fruit. It does the same, but you don't take any damage.
Chorus fruit can make you teleport to the floor aka the endstone layer but you control were you teleport with an enderpeal

Very useful tip. When raiding end cities for shulker shells and you can’t find any shulkers, turn on hitboxes and you can basically find them through walls.

Used to hate raiding end cities because of how annoying the shulker camouflage was.
Started using hitboxes shown, never has it been this easy.

You can essentially have looting on a bow if you use it in your off hand with a sword on your main? My mind is blown

Yeah looting works if a looting sword is on your hand so say you use a trident killer or dogs to kill something and have looting in hand it works

Also you can use both the sword by left clicking and the bow by right clicking
Tip 11: when levitating in or near a building of the end city you can place water above you to get down since the water swimming overrides the levitation effect! That’s particularly useful to save a lot of time and to not die to falldamage :)
Who needs this when you have a full netherite protec IV feather falling IV wich can resist a fall of 113 blocks

I would go with at least full diamond, a bucket, a good bow and beds, but full netherite? Nah too much work just to kill a dragon lmao
I recommend you to bring an anvil, unbreaking lll book and mending book so when you find elytra it won't break while exploring.
And also don't forget fireworks

2 tips:
1. 6:42 If you don’t care about wearing a Carved Pumpkin, here is a quick and easy trick of getting rid of angry enderman w/o fighting them: fly really high up in the sky (using at least 2 fireworks) so that all endermen despawn immediately.
2. 7:37 Trapdoors are no longer necessary if you have an Elytra. Just double jump while pressing W to get into any 1-block high crawlspace.
Pro tip: If u guys dont want the dragon head to fall,then just place water on it, it will make the head go up and you can easily get it :D

@@ingenuity23 There's a method where you put a piece of obsidian on one side of the bedrock tower (in the center, and 1 block higher than the highest bedrock block) and use it to place the beds without having to jump or look down, making it much easier to time the explosions properly and do higher damage to the dragon with each bed. The difference is significant: Take me for example, I can consistently 5 bed with the obby method, while without it it takes me around 7 beds.

many people dont know this but end cities (also nether fortresses) generate in Z-stripes. If you go look for first end city keep your X cordinate same and change Z (if you are at 1000, 1000 keep the first number and change second => 1000, 1200) but after you found one, keep Z cordinate and change X and you will find end cities like every 300 blocks

@@keerthyvasan5584 be sure to not mix it up, happens to me sometimes, but I usually get it right, just need to know they generate in Z-stripes, also sometimes end city's fail to generate (cause of void and stuff)

I did some testing in two creative worlds and my inference is :
* Yes,they often generate in the same x coord but,
*The difference in z coords of two end cities is based on rng,
*In my first test world end cities generated within about 200 blocks difference in z coords and a 3rd city generated about 500 blocks in z coord from 2nd city and,
*In the same world 2 cities generated in about same x coord (-1240) but had a difference of 2000 blocks in z coord (-4100 and -6300) which is pretty insane .
*And ,Yeah end cities often fail to generate bcoz of the void... :)
@@keerthyvasan5584 well with elytra you can travel like 70 m/s so it doesnt matter if it is 500 blocks away, you can get there in 15 s
I was using that Enderchest trick already, but here‘s another reason to use it: If you die and all your stuff (except of armor and tools) are in an Enderchest, you wont lose them. Just craft another enderchest and the items will remain!
Extra tip.
I find using water buckets in the end cities to be very useful against levitation.
u can use to climb, or have the waters natural pulling down effect to keep from floating everywhere.
very useful in the tower climbing areas
Tip: to mine obsidian in the end just go to an end pillar, mine 5 layers or so from the lower part (when the endstone starts), and then go to the top an get in the middle of two blocks and aim just at the edge of one, so when you mine it you wont fall because you are standing in the two blocks at the same time so you can mine two blocks at once and then go for the next two, ...
Then press F3+T to keep mining the obsidian, and you can do other things while ur mining. Don't forget to raise your volume because you will hear yourself falling to the endstone level and hurting a bit because you mined 5 blocks. So when you hear that, you can come back and restart the process again.
And that's my method of semi-automating, the obsidian mining. Hope you like it :)

Tip: Use Vanilla Tweaks for the No Pumpkin overlay or Translucent Pumpkin overlay. I would also recommend using the Alternative Unobtrusive Glint to to make your enchanted gear and armor look cooler and more sleek.

@Herokaine I just dont want to die there because if I do my stuff a) falls into the void or b) ir really hard to get to. I mean first you have to go to the stronghold, enter the island and then try not to look at the endermen and walk for sometimes Over 2000 blocks

Same, the end islands have traumatized me. I've lost 5 sets of full netherite gear, looking for an elytra. Now I'm scared of the void . Not even trying to speedbridge. Just one slow block at a time.

In case yall didnt know, water negates the levitation effect, since shulkers are exactly like endermen; they hate water. Their attacks share the same property.
Only one problem, the shells still hurt u a lot
Tip:if you're playing in hardcore and you are going to get your first elytra, don't use ender pearls and instead just build a bridge. It's a slow process but it's the safest way
Or use a flying machine with a boat inside it
When i tried to get the elytra i just made a looooooong bridge. And just before i got to the end city i made a little shelter.

Fun fact: if youre playing on a hardcore world, dont use pearls to travel in the end islands, if you miss one and hit a wall, you need to be prepared to rest in peace
It works in regular survival too, you lose all your stuff when die in the void

Another useful tip: you can also use chorus fruit to break your fall if you get hit by a shulker. It will teleport you straight to the ground with no fall damage. Its more reliable than ender pearls since you dont have to aim or wait for travel time but obviously the place you get teleported to is random.
