I've made creps with many different grains, but I never considered bashing up some oats!! gonna try this today :)
for the record, I've tried buckwheat, Rye, Millet, Spelt, Barley, Maize.
Millet makes really good pancakes. you got to bash it up real good though so it's not grainy.
