I know this comment is very old but if you want to see how truly awesome the power of a true ancient Sith Lord is pick up the "Book of the Sith" it's very well worth the money in my opinion

Loyalty was my favorite submission ever to this contest, but man did you guys make an amazing follow-up. The choreo, editing, and storytelling are all absolutely stellar. This has the look of a franchise...I can't wait for the next installment!

Amazing! LOVED IT! I really wish though in these past few short films there was more use of the lightsaber whip. It seems the past 2 times anyone uses it, it easily gets pulled out of their hand like its nothing. The lightsaber whip used by githany in the Darth Bane novel was wicked sick and deadly. Wouldn't the lightsaber whip just grab around a single-bladed lightsabler super easily? I just don't see how its taken out of the hands of the person using it so fast in both short films. I want to see more fighting with it as its so awesome.

***** He could be a force apparition. Darth Nihilus from Kotor 2 was. Other Darths throughout history have bound their spirits to armor. It's not unheard of, but is a high level Sith thing. I dunno.
***** I'd say you should play the KOTOR games, but they're pretty old now. If graphics aren't a big thing to you, give them a shot. They're fun.

The skull mask dude looks like the kind of character with a great back story. Darth Desperado, the galaxy's most mysterious dark jedi.
I have been waiting sooooo long for part 2. Incredible. You do amazing work and I can't wait for part 3! I'll definitely be voting for you to win this year's LCC. Keep it up.

Very well done! I really enjoyed the choregraphy, which in my opinion was done even better than the prior with the Force Dream, which I also enjoyed as it certainly made Darth Skull or whatever you decide to call them, a very significant threat that made it clear and feel that the protagonist was clearly outmatched and thus the stakes were raised. The use of the lightwhip is a extreme rarity in these Star Wars Films and certainly gave a lot more uniqueness and character to Darth Skull. The fact that they hardly talk and focus on visual telling is a excellent style to choose. I feel that this Darth Skull is a callback to Darth Nihilus in terms of the twist with the resisting the blaster shots and the twist at the end, which was artistically handled to draw me in just enough to leave just enough suspence, and the twists are actually leaving me quite impressed! Keep up the good work!

Hands down my favorite of XII. Excellent camera work, great choreography - very original, excellent effects, and great way to incorporate the story and draw us in. I wish you guys made a whole silent film. I wanna know what happens next!
Nice blend of Star Wars and a creepy horror film. Also great fighting. Loved how it went hand to hand towards the end.

This was such awesome fun! I love this. I agree with MrRepzion on the seeming ease with which the whip was taken. I doubt that would happen so easily. Can't wait to see the next one though!

Another brilliant entry this year. The saber to saber choreography was lacking in creativity, but EVERYTHING ELSE was just phenomenal. Your story, setting, characters, costuming, creative use of alternative weapons is on a whole new high level from even this year's winner. Every year people raise the bar higher and higher.

I have been following the LCC for a couple years now and as always, you guys produce some of the higher quality material out there. The choreography is of a similar quality if it does not rival Ryan v Dorkman, RvD2, and other material created by some of the competition judges. This was an interesting continuation of the first "The Fight Inside" video and the implicit story development was a particularly nice touch. If I may venture a suggestion, if you guys make a third sequel perhaps consider developing a back story for the new character that was introduced at the end of this video, possibly in the form of a flashback.

I don't know if the winner of the LCC XII has been decided yet, but in my opinion, this is the best entry. Because the actual choreography is extremely vigorous and realistic, the camera work is well placed and non-disorienting, the characters themselves aren't really off-putting, the sound quality is terrific, and finally there are very minimal cinematic errors that i can see. In fact I could only spot just 2 VERY MINOR errors. The first one but very understandable since it's only for about half a second, was at 1:29 when the jedi hits the sith with his lightsaber handle, you can see the sith blade as a red carbon fiber stick. The second one is, where did the guns come from? But then again these are only very MINOR errors.

My animations have more than that, and they are not worthy of such a masterpiece as this.
What music pack do you use for you music? We are planing a rather ambitious star wars film for the summer holidays, including CG star ships and full story with dialog. But its my job for the sfx, and the music, so I am wondering what pack or website you get yours (music) from.

Well, if it helps, the track that starts at 2:53 is The Jagged Edge and he said the score from the skull dudes resurrection is from the Transformers 4 OST. Don't know which one though.

If only Anakin knew the power the Lady of the Sith used he wouldn't be in so much shit. Then again the films imply that padme wouldn't have died if he hadn't turned so it was his fault again.
Dude i cant imagine how bummed you must be that your entrys been disqualified because it was too late on the deadline, while a bunch of horrible bullshit entries got in. This is the best job of them all, i would mistake it for a pro-level production hollywood movie, hope youll make an entry next year.
