BMW Z4: Replacing the Headlight Level Sensor

In this video, we replace the front HID headlight level sensor on this 2004 BMW Z4. It is a very straight forward process and can be completed in 30 minutes. This procedure will apply to all E86 & E86 Z4 models from 2003 to 2008.

Did you have a warning light turn on when this sensor broke?

I did not. The headlights were pointed down and the low beams were unusable.
