The 6am wake up, insomnia, fast heart rate, anxiety, shaking thing... Dehydration and electrolyte imbalance (usually not a severe imbalance, but low/off)... Coconut water, Gatorlyte, Pedialyte, etc... Water is great on its own and will help. But, when you're in that state; your body is usually needing sodium, potassium, magnesium, etc. as well to get back to baseline... Great episode boys! Happy Holi-Kwa-nukkah! 🎄🇰🇪✡️

This is so great, I haven't had a friend in probably over a decade, my best friend 🙃🔫 and our whole friend group fell out because of it. Podcasts like this have been so therapeutic, being able to be a fly on the wall with all these comedians kinda makes me feel like I am their mute friend. RIP Jared, I hope you found the peace you were looking for.

@ 1:28:28 I agree. The fact that when their earlier stuff is basically they're striving in discomfort, once they got to comfortable it loses it's core aptitude. People that strive in discomfort are STRIVING. Get comfortable is discomfort and it'll never go away. Once discomfort is comfort being comfortable becomes discomfort. It's a full circle.
