Half of the video is about promoting his courses. FIRE is not just retiring and doing nothing, its about being financially independent and no longer working just for making ends meet.
FIRE is mostly a concept. It was started by silicon valley overpaid employees! The only way to shore up wealth is via a legitimate profitable business. Period. His is one!

Nope. He is a professional. He is just not doing it for free and doing his marketing as well. That is what triggers some people. What he says is absolutely right! I can confirm what he says about people outside India thinks the same.

He is right and sounds logical. With 10 CR, will you retire your children by birth.. nope. Then how come you retire yourself. That's the question.
So basically what you are against is “lean fire” and are recommending “Fat fire”, which is financial independence with “mota” bank balance/net worth. Gaining financial independence is a good goal to have, instead of slaving your life away in a 9-5 job till you are 60! And retire early does not mean that you sit and watch Netflix all day. It’s the CHOICE to do what you want.
I am 24yr old, and I am doing the same thing. I am working on those areas which can give me some kind of ownership, The good thing about this is that I can also pass this to my offspring.
You are going to work for ~ 40 years choose your work wisely. Do something which you can pass to the next generation else you are just a slave which is living paycheck to paycheck.
