- After 2.5 hours of deliberation, a jury in Texas found yoga instructor Kaitlin Armstrong guilty of murder in the fatal shooting of pro cyclist Anna “Mo” Wilson. Both women were connected to Armstrong’s on-again, off-again boyfriend Colin Strickland, who is a completive cyclist like Wilson. NBC’s Morgan Chesky reports for TODAY.

Actually I stopped doing yoga after I saw a video that said that yoga poses are portals to invocation of demons😱😱 I do Pilates now. Better safe than sorry!

This story is like a case straight out of an episode of Forensic Files. To go as far as to get plastic surgery.. unbelievable.

this lady was pretty before the plastic surgery. she could have started over after shaking of the jealousy of hers and move on in life. now she lives in box for the rest of her life.
