Years ago before David Goggins was famous, he was doing interviews to get there, I watched him in an interview.
He said that the number one thing that motivated him to be who is he is was the following story.
In high school he went to a high school football game.
During the game a serious racism event happened to him.
I swear to God, David Goggins said that the players stopped playing & all at once, the players, the referee, the food stand guy, & EVERY SINGLE person in the stands watching, ALL IN UNISON STARTED CALLING HIM THE N-WORD REPEATEDLY.
He wanted to cry but he couldn't bring himself to give the thousand white racists what they wanted.
So David Goggins claimed this happened to him & it turned him into who he is.
Oh & he was the ONLY black guy there.

You know, that "poopy pants" phrase actually is wise, if you think into it
People have tendency to ignore their problems ans stupid behaviour (walk wierd to not touch poop in pants) instead of facing it to become better and cleaner (taking it off and washing) because they will have to face the fact they pooped themself methaphoricly or literally and face unpleasant procidure of washing disgusting stuff off
