I have been struggling to land an aerial for more than a year and almost done quitting it. Your tutorials are much better than the other ones I will try this too.

Hey, it’s me again. You might not remember me still. I’m the guy who had trouble with double fulls. They are so much easier right now. I thank you for the tutorial. God bless.

Hey man, saw your comment on the other video too, sorry I didn't reply yet. If the rotation is like aerial semi then you are definitely spinning or twisting too much.
Also the best progression from an Aerial to punch front and Arabian would be to:
Fix your Aerial until its super clean, Then get gymnastics aerial, then use that to get a clean straight over webster. Train that a lot until it's easy and then slowly practice doing a webster with your feet closer and close together until you can jump forward bounce on two feet and do it, and you will have a punch front.
After that use the full progression to get your Arabian. Learn standing back flip or standing front flip.
If you want to use exclusively front flip, then do standing front, then turn a quarter to the right and take off from there and do a standing front, keep turning a quarter away until your back is to the way you want to front. Do a front flip having your back turned and then turning into your front by swinging up and turning 180 with your upper body, then front flipping in that direction and bam, Arabian 👍🏻
