I know it sounds counter intuitive to a well run company (Like OWB I hope) but I see my bank account growing and my customers are satisfied so that is good enough for me now LOL. I don't know what my operating costs are for the Bobcat but I know they are very low. I have put 15 gallons of fuel in it since I purchased it. I had a guidance counselor as well, complete waste of oxygen he was. I told him this is my 3rd high-school and my parents never moved not once so who knows how long I'll be here. That was that....oh I have the same transfer pump for years it works awesome . Great video

    I've used several of the battery-powered fuel pumps, but they didn't last, so I picked up a Tera 3rd Gen pump with auto-cutoff. Just my two cents.

    With the ballast box full, you might be able to move two smaller logs at a time.

    Joe, another comment...
    I noticed the way you peeled the last log off the forks...
    Seems to me that would be the preferred method, it looked a lot easier on the deck than dropping those heavy logs.

      They get bunched up there if you do it to them all. In this case I was trying to position by species so I had to dump where I could. Joe

    Use less revs and one gear higher when manoeuvring the tractor like that and the whole outfit will be smoother and less jerky to operate.

    Awesome video, got a kick out of all the stuff in the box. That log deck does that have a weight limit. I'm asking cause I never see anyone stack the logs. Seems like to me if you stacked it would be more time efficient.

    • @ohiowoodburner
      @ohiowoodburner  Před 3 lety +1

      I'm sure it has a limit but I don't think I could exceed it. It is very heavy built. I do stack them but in this case today I was just placing some logs for the camera. Joe

    G'day Joe, my high school careers councillors advice for me was to get a job With the roads board filling in potholes, at the time my mother was the personal secretary for the local federal member of parliament and my father was a justice of peace and the mayor.i asked if I could get a second opinion? Anyway many years later I was filling in this pothole with gravel on a road about a half mile long when it hit me she was right !! The only difference being I owned the road 👍. Can you link that fuel transfer pump that runs on D cells to me please thanks Andrew the Ishman Ure 🇦🇺.
