As someone with this condition I can answer some questions. No, there aren’t extra periods. The hormonal change every month triggers both uteruses to bleed at the same time. We then have two bleeding uteruses, which is twice the blood. The only one that it’s actually hard for is us going through it. Some of us have two ovaries on each uterus, and some only have one ovary for each uterus. It was explained to me that each ovary will take turns releasing an egg every month, just like with other women. There aren’t many people that actually know about my condition. I haven’t felt the need to share it with many people. I never would have thought to exploit the condition either, and there’s still no way I would. Honestly, there’s not really much to see. It’s not obvious. Physicians believe we developed this way because we almost developed into twins, but that process of dividing didn’t complete. This happens with other people, getting extra organs and such, and many of them don’t even know it.

I'm not in the medical or biological field but the 'undeveloped' twin theory makes a lot of sense. That may be why my Granny had four kidneys.
Having said that, it could also simply be a 'glitch' that happened early on in gestation that caused the organ/s to split and has nothing to do with twins.
Either way, we all have our physical anomalies, it's just that some have more rare or significant ones.

Same, he doesn't have an ego even after gaining all of those followers. It makes him a really relatable, sympathetic person. He also stands up for certain social issues like depression and discrimination.
I think it's good that people with a public platform use their voice for good. There are already too many people who spread hate and ignorance.

I found out 2 years ago with the same condition, it's not as bad as people think. When it comes to child birth then yes we are at higher risks of complications like miscarriage, premature births, breech births etc the list goes on. Still carry on with a normal day to day life as a women with only one would. Having Uterus Didelphys doesn't make us anymore special than anyone else..

My sister has it as well. Answered so many questions of why her periods were so bad. She is literally the coolest person I know. I remember she told me about it and I was like 😮 but it’s so interesting to learn about

I agree I have no problem if someone chooses to have an onlyfans, however if you have a young child don’t announce it to the whole world. They just loaded the ammo for their child’s future bullies, that IMO is a parenting fail.

My friend’s sister actually has this too! She was pregnant in both at the same time at one point,
(By two different men actually!) unfortunately it does make pregnancy more risky and she lost both and had her tubes tied due to that and other health issues.😔(she is and was an adult when she became pregnant btw, reading back I realized that it might come across as otherwise)

I will say on the part for raising awareness. Awareness isn't always about Charity. It can be about having more research done on things. Like this condition. Many things in women's health like this condition go under researched. So raising awareness about it show that not only is it a thing but it's a thing that should be studied by science

I have this 😅 my doc told me there's a slight more chance for miscarriages and c-sections due to increased likelihood of the baby being born feet first. It's not 100% guaranteed. Unfortunately, I'll need a special OBGYN if I am "trying" to get pregnant. And periods are hell too (double periods)

I always agree with Daz but i do feel like he misunderstood her reasons for bringing light to her condition. (Not talking about her OF at all!) It is not about charity, in my opinion, but bringing awareness that it is a possibility and if someone with the same condition finds her video talking about it, they might feel less alone and more validated in their body. Again, i am completely stepping away from the OF side, it is not relevant here
