Awesome take BigMac! College football is not about your starters versus my starters. It's roster vs. roster. It takes time to build a college roster. It used to take five years. NIL and the transfer portal have reduced that to probably three years if you can recruit at a high level. There are no shortcuts here. Every college team in a power conference experiences injuries. The question becomes how far off do you fall when a starter gets hurt, and the #2 man takes his place.

Ok so let’s put factual information in this. Coach Deion is historically a winning coach, hate to break that to you but it’s just facts. He comes to a team that went 1-11 and gets rid off every player except a few . Championship teams have one thing in common… they mesh together, defense and offense. He has gone on record (while they were winning) and said he needs a line on both sides of the ball which proved to be correct. Once the team meshes and they start to trust eachother it’s going to be a different story. Coach isn’t the problem and neither are the kids but they don’t have any battle scars together with eachother. That’s the only issue. I’d like you to try to work your job with a bunch of new people and see if you’ll get the job as fast as u would with people that you’ve been working with for a while, it wouldn’t matter what the boss says, you’ll still be slower with your new coworkers🤷🏾‍♂️. Thts the FACTS. If you don’t like the coach then just say that.

Let prime get those two things fixed and watch what happens because they have everything else in place. So if you know football I really think you will agree because the only game Colorado wasn't in was Oregon every other game they had a shot to win just remember 53 new players playing USC losing by 3 pts. They aretruly building there is nothing else you can say, and as I said at the beginning fix two things Oline and Dline and watch what happens.

This year Colorado has lost by an average of only ten points, and that includes a blowout to Oregon. If you cannot see the progress you just aren't looking. Of course he is going to replace players.
