Chapeau … super impressive on the first climb especially. I had panned a route from Hay on Wye to take in Gospel Pass, Tumble, Rhiwr road plus a couple of other climbs, I have now removed Rhiwr Road and also the modified my decent from the Tumble which I had mapped to come down The Tyla….. no chance I am doing that downhill on 28 tyres…. thanks for great video and advice

Have you watched my vlog where I ride Rhiwr Road, tumble and tyla? That was a challenging but great ride. Rhiwr road is so tough. 3rd though climb I’ve done.

I have to speak out loud to drown out the inner voice. If I try to speak to the inner critic inside my head It doesn’t work for me. Has to be out loud so the inner critic can’t reply back. Haha
