This video is dedicated to anyone who wants to know how to talk to your crush. Shoutout to That Woozen Ariana, who suggested this topic. Now I could go on for hours and hours about this, how to approach people, how to start a conversation, etc. Not saying it would be valuable information, but I could ramble.
So to simplify, I broke it down like this: if you want to know how to talk to your crush, do the following:
1. SAY "F*** YOU" TO FEAR AND GO UP TO THEM.
2. Compliment them honestly.
2. Ask them a question that you actually want to know the answer to, ideally related to the compliment. "Hey I like your jacket, where did you get it?"
4. Keep them talking about themselves. People are vain and they love that.
5. Try to end on a funny note where someone is laughing. I know you'll want to talk forever. Don't do that.
6. I didn't include this in the video but RELAX. It's not the end of the world.
7. I talked about rejection in the video but I'd be surprised if anyone rejected CONVERSATION with a peer. Maybe a date, but conversation? I doubt it.
8. Thank me for all my hard work.

So to summarize bc who doesn't like summaries:
- Start the conversation with a (sincere) compliment or a question; or a compliment followed by a question
- Leave the conversation on a good note/on a joke
- There's a charm to people who are awkward, embrace it!
- You might get rejected! If they're a douche to you, they're not worth your time, and if they're empathetic, well you tried!
- The only way you guarantee failure is if you don't try.
- PRACTICE. If you're really afraid of rejection, talk to people who you don't know yet before the person you really like.
- Don't overdue it till it gets to an awkward silence. From a silence in the conversation, get a foundation to continue talking.

Often we forget - especially when you talk to someone who you never talked to you - that everyone, upon meeting you ,WANTS to like you. Subconsiously, we're social creatures and when someone approaches us, we immediately want to like them. We want to make connections. However, if you blow it, then yes, you tainted your reputation, but actually it takes quite a lot for someone to geniuenly dislike you.
That being said, I still came to this video.
I actually have no problem talking to people, and 95% of guys that get to know me, fall in love with me. However, I am crushing so hard on this one guy I barely know (we went to a couple of events because we share the same friend group), that all of the sudden, when he's right in front of me, I am literally paralized.
