      An extremely woke local “establishment“ that trains future doctors was affected by this court ruling and while they still encourage their racist book studies filled with their racist secular humanist evolution beliefs spoken as facts they just changed the HR hire web page pop up (It’s like a flash page) from saying, “actively seeking racial and sexual minorities and will first hire minorities and women over equally qualified white males“ to just the main page that says, “positions available.” You don’t have to be white to see that went beyond pandering into actual, a white male should have sued, racism. This ruling saved their butts but the kind of crazy racist that think like this still need to be fired from being in positions of hiring people if they’re going to do it based on skin color or if they ever thought that was okay. In all honesty if you got rejected from a racist place that said something like that it’s not too late to sue, you’re not suing because you didn’t get over it, you’re suing because someone needs to. Is it the fourth amendment of that went against?

Ivy League, Stanford, West Point, nearly all of them. The previous tests I had aced and listed no race at all, because I did not want to mark next to, "White," when all the other choices were, "something-American." One day, a government guy walked in and told him that he had to have a certain racial mix. That he had to have 3 blacks and 2 Hispanics. So he called in 2 of his black employees and 3 Hispanic while the government agent was there and told them that they were fired, that he was going to have to replace them with whites.
      The government agent got incensed and said, you can't do that, to which my friend replied, you just told me that I needed to do this. The agent did not know what to do at that point. My friend then demanded that the government goon leave. After he left, he then told the 5 guys what it was all about. They agreed that the whole civil rights thing was a joke. Then everyone went back to their work.

    This video was hilarious. As a black female who grew up with a poor single mom. I went in the military to get the GI bill to afford college to become a RN. In the 90’s GI bill was $300 a month. I never received anything to help me in school. I was the only black person in my nursing class. I racked up 45k in student loans and 22 years after I have graduated I’m still paying them back. I opened my own business a few years back and was denied funding. I had to get a car loan and use the money along with credit cards to fund my business. Once business was dissolved I had to use my retirement money to pay off the debt. I’m not complaining I’m glad to be a Nurse living my dream. But AA has never helped me in any way as an adult. Everything I have, I have had to pay for it and or work my way through it. Which I should. Just wanted people to know that some of us never have seen a benefit of AA, that I’m aware of that have made things easier.

It was sickening feeling when a kid right next to me with a low GPA that had not even met the transfer requirements was being admitted along with me in place of others that worked as hard as me. Its disgusting. Minority privilege is real and not justified. The reasons I had to go in the military to begin with is because I was white, poor without a father which makes it impossible to get financial aid. They demanded my fathers income information and I could not give it to them. I didn’t know the guy. The system is broken on many levels. The politically correct schools limit their teacher searches to the correct people. This then at times has their selection pool at less than 6 percent of the population total, before then looking for someone in that 6% that has the educational background to teach the subject. So say you want a black female, that is 6% of the population. Now out of black females, how many are qualified to teach upper level math? 1 in 10,000 would not be an unreasonable guess.
      So let's do the numbers shall we.
      Population of the US = 360,000,000
      * 0.06
      =3,600,000 Still a good sized number.
      / 10,000
      = 360
      Now go for the top 10%, those that are truly able to properly teach the subject. That is 3 to 4 teachers, at best. Call it in reality 3. So then, given all the BIG schools, there are at the max 3 teachers who are capable of teaching at that level. Most likely, those 3 will have already been snapped up by some other place that is also trying to hit a diversity standard.
      The upshot, most of the teachers in the Big schools are substandard. Go to a CC that is not trying as hard to hit the politically correct insanity and get better teachers.

    Where my daughter works as a teacher, everything went remote. Well, they are now hiring their first remote teacher from India and they're only paying that new teacher $5/ hr
    The company claims it has nothing to do with cost savings, it's about DIVERSITY.... Bull. Teachers, you have been put on notice. You wanted to work remote, and now you're going to get replaced. You can strike all you want, that will just make them replace you all the faster
