Just a little detail I noticed:
- The way Beta dies while falling into the walker horde is sort of mirroring how he used to be a musician and when he's sort of absorbed into the herd it's like a rockstar in a crowd. Beta was truly a Top #3 villain in The Walking Dead.
Do you know Beta is a real life musician and singer? Google it!

You know a show lost its legs when some parts of the RECAP bore you haha, but thanks for putting in painstaking hours and watching the show, I really enjoyed this whole series!
I really tried to make the boring parts interesting lol but shit source material is hard to spin into something new that doesn't smell like shit
My biggest gripe with the first episode of season 10 was why Aaron crossed the border, he could’ve just made noise and killed the walkers when they wandered onto their territory but instead he starts a conflict for really no reason
Yeah that was pretty silly. A justification I came to is that no one has seen the Whisperers for a very long time and they are starting to feel like they are restricting their scavenging routes unnecessarily.
@@Howesenberg that’s a pretty good head cannon explanation, anyway, love the vids and the effort put into them, I’m pretty sure I’ve watched each one you’ve posted and it’s nice to see what someone else’s thinks of a show I enjoy
and with the fire, they could've cleared out a path in front of it before it reached their land, making it so no damage is done besides what happens on Whisperer territory, which could potentially cause mayhem if it reaches their base.
The season finale seemed like a fallout bootleg series though lol... I didn't return to watch it all just the negan backstory and stopped after being bored asf watching it and quit.

I remember being so hyped when this series started and now I’m 3 seasons behind still yet to finish Twd
The disrespect to Hornsby is crazy... I'm shocked you mentioned how great Pope's actor was but didn't talk about the outstanding role of Lance Hornsby.
I found that he bodied the slimey-politician role, and his transition into villainry was amazing. Really felt like he was the final villain with the amount of content he had compared to Pamela.
Thought just from a sheer performance point of view that he was the best villain the show had introduced since Negan & The Governor.
Genuinely found him to be the stand-out character of the final season, 11x5 - 11x20, and then he still manages to show up in the series finale as a walker.
I didn't say he was a bad actor, I just didn't care much for his character because it's season 11 and we should be wrapping things up not throwing more characters into the mix. Regarding Pope, I thought he was decent but wasted potential, he should have been in the series much earlier.
@Howesenberg I guess I was a bit forward with my comment, but I still don't understand your point of it being the final season?
Surely you can still add new characters to the Last season, it's 24 episodes, he's part of the Commonwealth Arc which is the last part of the story.
For me, he was the highlight of that season, whether that's a good or bad thing for the show - I don't know. 🤷♂️
@@Howesenbergcuz Pope had like 4 episodes, Hornsby almost had as many as The Governor, and appeared in all 3 parts of S11. Even making it to the end.
It would've been awesome if it dropped on the 31st since thats the shows 13th birthday (original AMC broadcast) and halloween day

To give some context: The reason that the final few episodes of Season 10 feel so dragged out and fillery is because the pandemic hit them midway through production. They had to drastically reduce the number of cast members and production crew due to Covid restrictions, which led to this combo of bottle episodes. EDIT: Oh, you eventually talked about it in the video, nevermind.

So a fun fact for ‘The Ferals’, this actually isn’t even the first CW show to even have such an idea. Supernatural, one of their other big shows, played with this idea in their early seasons (Howensenberg covering Supernatural when?)
That's alarming to me cause I've seen a good chunk of Supernatural but I don't remember any ferals in it, perhaps it's time for a rewatch as it's been some years

This series that you made reviewing every season of TWD will be stuck with me forever, I've used to watch it with my dog (16 at the time), she didn't understand shit but she was with me until the video ended,she passed away on July,the two last videos of this saga were tough to watch, specially this one,but i will never forget the good moment you provided for me and her in her last days, I will remember this series you made with a lot of confort in my hearth,and yet i smile

On how much cooler the show would've been if they kept the smart walkers, they already have a system like that; the fact that everyone is infected... yet they kinda forgot about that.
Every damn theory back in the day of how it would end was just "let's outlast the walkers", but they all forget that you turn when you die. So how on earth does a colony of 50000 people (even more in the lore, some have like 200k iirc) not have outbreaks every week. We saw this sort of thing happen in the prison with the flu outbreak, and how just one death fucked an entire cellblock.
