The new intro is dope !! Car looks amazing. Another way to dry off a coated car is to use an electric leaf blower, that's what I do on my car and it's better than using a cloth because it gets the water out of any gaps a MF towel will miss.
I had a dealership apply the "Ceramic Coating" onto my 2017 Ford Focus ST in Kona Blue, and I love how the water just beads right off of the vehicle and it has lasted more than 1 year so far. I love this ceramic coating. Yes that's true about not worrying about products when you have the Ceramic Coating applied onto your vehicle. I love that my car looks always new when I get it washed or when I wash it myself.
Yeah he does Sensei Vegan. I have done a bit of wrap myself and this guy makes it look WAY more easy than it is. It takes a lot of practice, patients and determination. This is a good looking wrap here. He's gonna love it.
Aaron B Yes he makes it look very easy. It’s a pleasure watching him work. All the skill & patience that goes into wrapping a car. This is one of my favorite channels to watch.
Nice! I have the same rose gold wrap! I've had it for 5 months now, it's like new and barely has any light scratches. I've only used spray sealant and quick detailers to maintain, can I apply a ceramic coating on top of this? I know you would correct paint and strip away any existing layers but how and what products should I use when preparing for a coating on chrome vinyl? Thanks in advance.
This car looks beautiful Christian. Didn't you have ceramic coating on one of the wraps on your car? It's well worth it to protect your investment. Great job as always.
Oh man that’s so sick. Was thinking of going with galaxy black with gloss carbon fiber accents on the exterior of my car. And gloss carbon fiber on the interior. What is the best brand for the interior?
Forgot to ask, do you think fuse is ok to use on a textured vinyl? My racing stripes are hexis carbon fiber 3D so it's super textured. Will fuse work the same on that as normal smooth vinyl? I'm sure someone else is curious about this too. Thanks
Does this or other ceramic coatings make vinyl harder to take off. Meaning is it a hard coating, kind of like spraying clear over plastic dip makes the dip retain the hardness of the clear
Yes, we coated a Rolls Royce and then had to wrap it. The vinyl did not stick as well as it would have without a coating but it still sticks. Just have to be extra careful on install
I must have got a bad bottle of fuse. I bought some after the first video you did using fuse. I applied it properly, barely had enough for the whole car. It did work just like in your video.... but only for about a month. After that first month it no longer had any hydrophobic properties to it whatsoever. Idk what I did wrong or if I got bad batch. I loved the way it worked but didn't last long at all. I don't wash my car a lot. When I do, I use vivid matte vinyl wrap shampoo. So unless vvivids shampoo removes ceramic then I have no idea what happened. Any ideas would great! I want to buy more of it if I can figure out why it didn't last before. Stuff is expensive to only last a month. Any ideas would be appreciated christian
That's strange, I've used it 5 or 6 times now. Once was on my car when I had the purple and it lasted all winter until I removed the wrap. You might need to allow the fluid to dry a little more before wiping it off. I let it sit there for a solid minute or longer. What I did find on the purple was that down near the bottom of the car all the way around it wasn't as hydrophobic when I had it on the purple. It was my first time applying it and I might not have let it dry or put enough. I buy the 50ml bottles and I get 2 cars out of one of those (depending on size of car)
CK Wraps ah ok think that's what it was then. I did it after u did your purple car and I didn't wait that long. I got confused by the video I thought you didn't want it to dry cuz it'd be hard to wipe residue off. Thanks bud gonna try it again! You think it's ok to do a second coat on top of previously done? I don't want to hurt the vinyl
I've done more than 1 coat in some areas and it didn't have ad adverse effect. For the ceramic coating install video I was only doing what I was told but after that I found it better to leave it on longer. You'll also want it to cure 24 hours before water hits it
CK Wraps gotcha, yea it was my mistake. I'll give it another go and let it dry properly. Such a cool product. Btw the new color looks sick on your car 👍
CK Wraps thanks will definitely buy that because that was the big downer for me having wrapped my car in matt, it always was hard to wash to look good again
You've inspired me to get into wrapping. Today was my 1st day as an intern for a wrap company. Did good on my first day.

Wish CK was here in Cali his hard work has earned my business
Would be nice to see a hood half wrapped in film with and without the coating for side by side comparison
I love it! I will definitely be buying this after my car is wrapped!
that is a sweet color and that fuse looks like it works great.. its like rain-x for wraps!
The color is Tight! You got some skills Brotha!

Great work man! Rose gold is really poppin.

I would love this in a blue for my car.💙
Next time show them the sheeting effects. Low pressure hose to put a lot of water on the car and that water pulls off the excess water .
Very cool information
Beautuful color
Do you wash it with regular tap water and soap? Is there anyway to fix scratches and swirls on chrome wrap?
That car is badass
Could you make a video of you applying ceramic coat on the vehicle?
Hey what’s a good car soap to use to wash a Crome wrap like that?
Microfibers can get into your lungs using microfiber cloths. I would use a mask. Great video thank you.
Nice 👌🏻
Can you clear coat a wrap as it's on a car?
how many glasses of 30 ml will be necessary to cover all the car ?
How can i uv protect my gold chrome wrap
Oh man that’s so sick. Was thinking of going with galaxy black with gloss carbon fiber accents on the exterior of my car. And gloss carbon fiber on the interior. What is the best brand for the interior?
Gotta use Avery
Can someone please tell me if that gold chrome wrap fade to sunlight
How much was this?

I've never tried it. I'll test it out

No it doesn't. I have a video removing the purple off of my car which was ceramic coated. Removed the entire wrap in an hour

First 🤪
Hey Christian, does this ceramic coating work on a Matt or satin wrap without affecting the flat look? if that makes sense.
Yes it does. I've used it on matte metallic black without any change of finish
Good question, this was the first thing I was going to ask.
Great, just looked up the amazon site you put up and there are two types one for gloss and one for the rest, just for anyone else who is interested.
taylormkct Fuse is the one you'll want to use on gloss or matte films
CK Wraps thanks will definitely buy that because that was the big downer for me having wrapped my car in matt, it always was hard to wash to look good again
Can this be applied to a matte or satin wrap?
Yes the Fuse can
Meh, its just wrap i wouldnt spend the money
Spending $5,000+ on a chrome wrap and protecting it for a few $ more is well worth it
