- Allright guys, I've been trying rope Flow now for about three weeks, and I'm really digging it. In this video I'm unboxing three different ropes that came from Windingropes. A standard 550gr rope, a 1000gr rope, and a 1600gr rope, which is actually a heavy rope! Interested in starting off with the ropes?

THIS VIDEO IS DOPE! THANKS FOR THIS BROTHER!!
I was just thinking about buying the ropes - so glad I stumbled upon this video
Hope it helped you out in some way :)
You are going to love the ropes
I started 2 months ago
It's great!
I already do!! Enjoy the rolling 👍🏼
Will be at your next workshop and bring my ropes with me. Am training since nearly 3 years now with them and from that i found you ! complete different but also same way of flowing if you stay long enoughed into it!
Am burning for bring the flow i found with the rope to the mace, like you do now, also one day!
Beginners would be advised to start with the lighter ropes. I have a 2 kilo rope which I hardly ever use and then in only short bursts since e they'll wear you out. While learning the heavy ropes are harder to control properly and can lead to injury in less experience hands.
Got one about three weeks ago, but haven't trained much yet, still to come. Would love to see you ropeflowing on your channel 🥳💪
You got to start Thomas, what are you waiting for?!
@@TheFlowingDutchman Too many things I want to groove with: Mazes, clubs, kettlebells, ropes, pans, bushes, cars... 🙈
Yes team. Slush. I just ordered the bolt from her I already have the electric
What timing. I just pulled my rope out the other day to add to my daily burpee regiment. Mine is 20+ years old and I was thinking about replacing it before it goes boom on me. I'll check them out!
Awesome dude, enjoy the swings :)
Mate, your feet are quite statics. Need to elevate your heels to avoid block of joints
Wow those ropes are expensive! Holy smokes!
They’re pretty expensive if you’re used to steel fitness equipment. But compared to wood they aren’t, it’s a more refined product. But I initially had the same reaction.
Why is your swallowing so loud.
Why are your comments so stupid?
