Professor you should update your latest review on the Dragon shield classic sleeves. The newly packaged blue classics are exactly the same as the originals an all of them come with factory defects such as scratches on the face of the sleeve and are all curled. The ones I received were EXACTLY the same as the dragon shield originals and had scratches in all the same places across every single sleeve.

I think for next time, showing a full deck in the resealables would be helpful. Knowing that past iterations have had issues with leaning decks, it would have been nice to actually SEE that these don't have that issue

What about the extra thickness they add? I would love to use for my EDH decks, but they still have to fit in my boulders (ultimate guard 100 boulders for clarification), for outers I'm using katana sleeves.
Can you comment on that? If they do fit I'm gonna need about 500 of these as soon as they release.

I'd have to disagree with you on the KMC perfect black being the best. they are meant to be used with double faced cards. but if the inner is completely opaque then when you flip the card.....well the back side is still obstructed. so.....you have to remove the card from the inner now? sorry but that comes off as a fail to me if the goal is for use with double faced cards. The Dragonshield smoke obstructed the back enough to be used with sleeves while still letting you flip the card and keep it in the inner.

Okay, those sealable look awesome and definitely going to be buying those when it comes time to resleeve my decks. I love dragon shields but man they can be frustrating to double sleeve before they’re broken in a bit and I’d always have issues with the inner sleeve slipping off while going into the outer. That extra step will definitely be worth it if it means I don’t have to resleeve 4 or 5 times until my inner doesn’t pop off, or worse me having to bend my cards a little so I can get my thumb in there to keep the inner on. Probably wouldn’t have heard of these without you Prof, so thank you!

9:55 it's easier if you insert 2/3 of the card, then you put the back protection, and then you push the last 1/3 of the cards inside

WOW! Professor, this is one amazing video. I am very eager to pick up the KMC blacks, and the Dragon Shield sealables.
Edit: I cracked up when you said somebody spilling their Thunder Muscle! 😂

Nice demonstration, was always skeptical but since I made a mostly foil niv mizzet parun edh with mama drain Force's and more I ordered some dragon shield matte and inner sleeves. Looks great

Those sealable inner sleeves are a nice idea for those double sided cards. Makes it easy to take them in and out of the outer sleeve.

Dear Professor, I appreciate and value your reviews and opinions.
It would have saved my wife and I a half hour or so of searching if you had mentioned that the dragon shield perfect fit reasealable sleeves weren't released yet.

I had seen the new Dragon Shield foldables at my local game store, just didn't have the money to get them. But seeing that kind of demonstration tells me that needs to be my next purchase- my group may be good about not putting anything liquid on the play table, but I want every bit of protection available!

Dragon Shield has come a long way. I'll never forget when I went to my first MTG regionals, and I went through 3 or 4 packs of sleeves before I got a box that had sleeves that weren't miscut or didn't have the corners missing. lol. I might have to give these sealable inners the old college try. Thanks prof.

Just double sleeved my Niv-Mizzet, Parun deck with the Dragon Shield products (even though It doesn't really have expensive cards in it) and then watched this video. Can't say I wasn't surprised to see him being sleeved here with the same product

Great video, exactly what I was looking for! I never heard of the Dragon Shield Sealables, but I'm probably going to buy them now based on your review. If you had an amazon affiliate link I would go through that.

Tremendous review. I as you, am a fan of great quality for not just Magic supplies for objects in general. I could watch you give a review of toasters and be entertained.

Not a magic player, but these videos help a ton. Thanks prof. Always wondered why you never mentioned triple sleeving, but I realise MTG has 60-100 card decks, as opposed to Duel Masters' 40.
