Prices of "commander" horizons 3 products are just disgusting...

Even if this was current. It would be outdated in a month. That's one of the reasons why I don't play magic competitively or even keep up.

Is it bad that I checked out because 1)next block these cards will get power crept out acrossed the board, and 2)my LGS wants like $200 for a bundle and a prelease kit. The singles are going to be high, then drop, then settle over the next 30 days anywho, so as long as removal and counter spells still work new tech doesn't matter to me.

The one card I'm the most hyped about out of MH 3 is Evolution Witness for my Mothman deck. A green mutant who gets permanants outta my graveyard whenever it gets a +1/+1 counter? And it's a common so it's (relatively) cheap? Count me in!

I really dont see the issue. From what Im seeing the only viable card was the goblin, and its effect is one where you want to pick the card with the most vowels on it every time. So its basically a static card thats pretending to be a sticker card, since youre always going to put the best sticker on it. Might as well leave the sticker on it permanently. Would anyone have an issue with it if it was reprinted with the stickers name written on it and its effect changed to "adds X red" where X is whatver the best sticker gives it?

If lots of people buy the set doesn’t that drive down the singles market by creating less overall demand for them? So by encouraging people not to buy the product it is actually driving up the cost of some singles? Like, if people open more of the packs that means more of those cards exist in the market.
