I always close myself off to people instead of asking for their help and support even though I'd do anything for them if asked, I find it so hard to let people in too much due to my childhood. Absolutely out of context story but my friends didn't put it much effort any more socializing especially with the pandemic. I thought they didn't like talking to me and got tired of my presence. Turns out after a few short conversations we all just didn't know what to talk about so we didn't chat in our group chats. I didn't know they felt the same way of "Maybe they're busy" or "I don't know what to talk about" until we cleared it up. I’ve been looking into getting in touch with a counselor or spiritual elder for the past few weeks and this was an affirmation that I’m on the right track. I’ve also been told a lot from people IRL and spiritually that I need to get out of my head and to trust people more. The one part that did it in for me was the part that I can be loved as much with friends as I do with family because I’ve been told for so long that family’s the only one who will love you because your friends leave even though I’ve seen and I know deep down that’s not true.

Pile #1 This was kind of a hard one to hear, only because I think I can be stubbornly independent, thinking I have to complete the whole race on my own and struggling to figure out how others fit into my master plan, yet also wishing I had people by my side who I trusted enough to take the load off of me a little. When you mentioned briefly that we may have opened up and been judged or hurt, that is exactly what happened to me when I was in more of the mindset you described, racing thoughts, depressed, very down about myself, about 6 months ago. And I opened up to a friend who I thought I could trust, and I had exactly that feeling of venting hangover where afterwards it wasnt relief it was just fear and shame that I had let all of that out, and when I tried to address it with her she really hurt me and basically told me I can't be depressed and can't just vent things to her (not in like a oh this isnt a good time) more like she just didn't ever want to hear about anything that was deeply going on with me. Which is difficult from someone that you thought you could trust. Later I find out that she was not as close a friend as I previously thought, and now I am in the proccess of learning what people are right for me, how to set good boundaries, and how to trust again.
Also funnily enough, soooo many of these readings I keep doing or astrological projection's I have had for the future of 2021, have all said there is some sort of collaboration coming up, something to do with the fall, and you just described it yet again! Okay I have to share this tiny story because it soo goes hand in hand with what you mentioned in pile # 2! The ask spirit for a sign thing, yes that shit works! So I have a hard time taking care of myself and trusting/believing in myself, but I've been really making it a point since I moved into my new place back in May to really focus on filling my cup. Still struggling with this, I also suffer from chronic self doubt and harsh inner voice, it's getting better though, but anyways! Around september I remember I meditated in the morning for like the first time because I felt called to and I'm trying to listen to though intuition pings. In my meditation, I have clairaudient and the gift I feel is getting louder or more clear, well in my mediation I heard the name Mary Magdalene. And it was all I could here and it brought me to some of my memories from when I was little and went to church with my aunt and cousins. I thought it was weird she was coming to me because I have not had anything to do with the church or religion for a long time bc I had some pretty crappy experiences. Definitely identify as an eclectic witch. So the self worth feeling came through like why is she connecting with me? But then I remember the church crapped on her too so it helped lol. About 30 minutes in I feel something over my left shoulder, I have clairsentient as well, and there is a huge ass praying mantis chillin on my office window looking at me. And I about passed out lol These creatures dont just show up like that chilling in the open like that. They like to hide in the forest and trees so they dont get killed. Even though Im still struggling to trust myself, that moment really just floored me, and I get goosebumps typing this. I just wanted to share this little story with you because your awesome and keep doing you! Pile 2 has definitely been on point with what they are trying to make clear to me.
