Ephesians 2:10 - Jak na to + styl
These are great videos. LOTS of options in just a few minutes. I am particularly appreciative of your choice to focus on the design and build, and not show the typical "how to cut a board." Thank you for making these. I have customized many of the designs you show for my own shop walls. Keep up the great work!
Storing a hand plane on it's side because it will dull it is a widely-disproven myth. It was started by shop teachers who didn't want students slamming the planes down on a metal tool or ruler. It's persisted because no one knew better. A wooden surface will not dull or damage your hand plane. Thanks for sharing!
He’s addicted to French cleats! In a good way clearly. Great videos!
I'm just setting up my shop and forgot about french cleats. I'm glad to see this now, so I can change it over immediately!
Thank you
anyone like me found your voice hypnotic, just works every time, love the way you present and use french cleat system. :)
Worldwide known french-cleat expert!

GREAT french cleat tool storage ideas. There were lots of good ideas that I hope to build to help organize my garage walls. Thanks for sharing these storage ideas.
Glad it was helpful!
Number 7 Is definetly a life saver, I´m always struggling against trowing those interesting cases in order to save room or save them and never having the correct place to store them.
Thanks for the excelent idea!
What an amazing brain you have
Thanks a ton
The corner cleat shelf is a very good idea. Thank you.
C magnéfique plus d'idée.. Merci
Your workshop makes me drool!
I love the corner shelf idea. I havent seen that anywhere till your channel.
Take a shot every time he says "awsome little holder"
Awesomeeeee!!!!
I appreciate the details. Thank you very much!
Love your french system I a 80 year old trying wookworking
That's Awesome! You are never too old to try anything new.
Thanks for making this easy to digest for a novice woodworker!
Thanks
Great job, great French cleat ideas. Thank you for sharing
Awesome idea on your Kreg Jig! I'm gonna get on that one right away. Thanks for posting your ideas.
I love all of your French cleat accessory builds. I made a similar build to your pocket hole jig holder. But I put the cleat along the long part of the plywood. I let this part hang over the edge of my bench when I clamp it so it lays flat. Keep up the French cleat projects. 👍
Thank you very much. I hope to have another in the future, but I'm trying to keep them useful, so it might be a while.
Pretty clever ideas.
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for the tips, my workshop is getting organized with these tips. I made the pocket hole jig cleat, one thing I did differently was to add a piece of wood the same size of the cleat to the bottom so that it was more stable when using the jig. Great job keep it up.
Thank you for letting us know it is helping you, that means a lot. Also good idea on adding an additional piece.
Sie sind fantastisch!!! Toll!!
Wow, you are really good with coming up with ideas. Great job
Mad genius at work!
Brilliant! I love the way you think. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much
These rock like Colorado!
Excellent ideas! Thanx so much. Peace to you.
Love these videos. A tip for the shelf holding the screws. Leave a little gap at the back bottom and dust will not get trapped. Keep up the great work!
OMG you are the guy with the answers! SUBSCRIBED!! ❤️
That Kreg "jig" / organizer tho! Great idea thanks!
Just what I was looking for. Thanks!
You have some great ideas that I could use to expand on. Thanks for sharring.
Legend….
Great job and such a pleasure to watch.
Thank you for your simple drill bit case storage idea! Was about to drill a million holes in a piece of wood to store all of my bits like I've seen on other channels. Nice quick simple solution!
I almost did the same thing, but after a few holes, the idea came to me. Glad it helps.
Love all the cleat ideas!
Great ideas mate.👍
I can’t wait to start creating my french cleat wall with all of these possibilities 🥰
I guess it's quite off topic but does anybody know of a good site to watch new tv shows online?
Excelente Proyects here!!!!! love your creations man. Blessings for sharing !!!
After watching all of your french cleat videos I can't imagine how much wall space you have!
😁 It is a little limited now. 😁
I’m a total sucker for shop organization videos. I’m so I need of it. Now to implement some of this. 🤷🏻♂️
More Great Ideas, Thanks
This was pure gold. Great ideas and theres plenty of them. Well done!
Great designs! Loved the dolly entrance :)
These are fantastic ideas, our favorites were the jigsaw holder, the flashlight and charger holder and the pocket hole jig. Thanks for another great video!
Thank you, those are some of my favorite too.
Thanks for the many ideas.
Corner shelf is an awesome idea! I have the same situation with my cleat walls and this is probably the most efficient and nicest looking way to use that space. Thanks! As for using velcro strips on the jig parts holder, I wonder if the wood shavings would eventually clog up the velcro? But still a nice idea that I might use for mounting an awkward bit storage case that I have. I like your videos showing your practical and logical builds!
Thank you very much. Glad to see you have the same love for FC
That corner clear idea would be great for 3 gallon water jugs or paint cans
Hey great content, thanks for all the tips, they're really useful
Dude!!!!! This was an awesome video! You've just inspired me to make a french cleat system! so useful!
Glad to hear it, you will love them.
You’re the man. Love all these ideas. I’ve borrowed many.
Glad you like them!
Wow, the fire extinguisher holder looks very close to a Blue Bird house. Love the flash holder, keep it up my Brother, super great ideas.
Thanks for sharing as always.
You're right, it does look like a birdhouse 😀
Thanks for the nice video and ideas!
Smart guy. 👍👍
all great ideas thank you. Im going to do the Jig Saw idea. thanks again
Thank you so much for sharing all of your creative and useful ideas. Liked and subbed
The first use I ever found for cleats was in hanging kitchen cabinets , but where I come from we called these "sex cleats" for obvious reasons. As I'm presently outfitting my last shop I've learned over the years the value of large tool mobility (wheels on everything including a work bench) and the necessity of "everything has a place and a place for everything" for smaller tools etc and these ideas are gold....oyea and always clad your walls in plywood.......drywall, both long term and short, just doesn't cut it. Thanks for all the great ideas. And to all you old farts out there....watch the young guys as they still have the intensity of new found interest in all the new ways. I started out driving slotted screws with a Yankee racheting screwdriver and while I still have it, I will hang it on the museum wall I have planned next to the Brace and bit I used to drill holes with ....across the room from all my Makita battery driven tools that I dearly love and depend upon.
Very helpful!
Great idea's, easy design. I think you're the French cleat master. Thanks for sharing. Beach, NC
Thank you, hope you can use some
Thanks for sharing. Well done
Thank you
Excellent Video 👍👍👍
Love your saw till and your plane till as well
Thank you
An alternate idea for your spring clamps: a dowel, similar to a traditional paper towel holder, and hang that up on your top cleat. The spring clamps just hook on to the dowel. Light weight and easy to reach. Thanks for all the ideas.
Nice tip, thanks
Informative
Great job!
Great ideas!
Thanks for the great ideas. Greetings from Germany :-)
Terrific vid. Valuable content with great production. Will definetely be using some of these ideas.
That is awesome, glad to help.
Excelente!!
A great video, realy clever solutions. I find it's often the most simple solution that works the greatest but it's aslo the hardest one too come up whit.
So true, so true
Great job thank you
Thank you too!
Crazee smart man👏👏👏
Ok....only 1 min in, and this video is awesome.
Thank you for sharing your very clever ideas.
So glad you enjoyed it. I will have a 3rd video out in a few days, so make sure to return.
Great Tips!
Thanks
For your Kreg jig board, you can add another strip on the bottom side of it that will go between the cleats on the wall but then when you set it on your workbench I’ll be level so you can work with it easier. Just an idea, thanks for the video!
Good idea
I was looking for this comment lol
Grate projects as always, thank you once again for sharing the video.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed
@@SpecificLove7 I love to see your videos. I always look forward to them.
How far apart do you space your cleats
Great video and great ideas. Thanks for sharing and keep up the awesome videos.
Thank you very much
that had some great ideas
If I took a shot for every time he said "simple" I wouldn't have made it until the end of the video
Take another shot every time he says "but it can be a little bit of a challenge to store". You'd think every single item is impossible to store and shelves have not been invented yet :p
Real simple, real easy and its a great way. . .
AWESOME!
Thanks
Hi, both your videos on this matter were the the best I found in CZcams, as I am about to create my own FC wall. Excellent ideas, very pleasant presentation, big thx & 👍
Thank you very much. There is a #3 & #4 video as well, if you are interested. Have fun building your new setup.
I love to watch your videos and I haven't even got a workshop.
Thank you for being here
Love the video but I'm thinking it would be good for a drinking game. Hehe take a drink every time the word simple or great comes up.
Awesome video and lovely ideas for the french cleat. Might steal some of them for my new franche cleat wall. ;-)
Please make what you need for your shop. That is why I am here.
You’re quite clever, guy
I really like some of these ideas. I have started making some from your ideas. It may have been covered in some of the comments, but seems like would be a good idea to put a spacer at the bottom of the pocket hole jig cleat so it would be level when you work with it on a table
I just hang it over the edge of my workbench
Hello. I think this was fantastic ! If I ever get to do our garage makeover I want to use this organizing idea. It looked great. Thanks 👍
Thanks you, I hope you can, it definitely makes tools easier to find and use.
@@SpecificLove7 AND the walls look fantastic :)
Hi, good evening. After long time
dude, your'e awesome! ty for ideas. Just built the cleat wall and staring at it like what now.. my problem is all power tools with cords
Just add a small hook or slot for the cord to each of the holders. That way you can upgrade in the future and should be able to use the same holders.
I know it looks super simple but I’m a beginner. Do you have any videos showing how you made the nail gun holder?
There's nothing wrong with storing your hand planer on its shoe/(bottom). You not going to dull your iron/(blade). Everytime you go to use it, the first thing you do is place the shoe and iron onto wood. Great videos!
The holy cross on a cleat would be a nice ode to carpenter Jesus Christ.
i would prefer to put the tools upwards not downwards like u did ... the grip up and not down - its safer for me to handle ... and the magnet idea is easy to put in the wall directly with a few wholes with small magnets in ...
I just love, love, love your videos! Such great ideas! Do you have any ideas for a coffee machine (small) and coffee/cups/etc.?
I do not, but I think the channel "A Glimpse Inside" had a video on that.
@Tom Faigle Tom, I did just that and LOVE what I came up with. I've even gotten two orders from friends to make them and a wall for them!! Thank you!
Uzbekistan Rustam 👍.
