  • We will show you how to make Azuki Bar, a popular frozen popsicle in Japan made from sweet Azuki red bean paste. It contains nothing complicated or artificial, but it’s pleasantly sweet and full of flavor.

I found these at our asian food store. They are really good. Also lactose free!

Theres a Japanese restaurant in Berlin that makes rice dishes in a bamboo steamer. With salmon, vegetable etc. I think they use soy sauce and mirin or unagi sauce liquid to steam. Its called "Cey Ro"... Is this a typical Japanese dish? Do you know sth similar that you could do a video about maybe?

蒸籠 (seiro) is bamboo steamer in Japanese. I've seen a lot of diet cooking channels publish videos on different seiro recipes and also saw a woman eating a seiro cooked meal along with some beer in a documentary once.

I myself am not Japanese but I speak some Japanese and follow quite a few Japanese cooking channels. If you look up せいろレシピ you might be able to find videos on what you're looking for.

Are these beans similar to "adzuki" beans? (That's how our grocery store spells it in the US)
