I just replaced my solenoid on my big green machine, and it still has no water spraying out of the bottom of the machine. I attached the hose for cleaning upholstery/stairs and it works fine, but still no water out of the bottom. Is there any chance there could be a blockage and could the flow indicator cause the water not to spray?

The chain of parts for this are: Unit powers on. Flow indicator has slow to no spin until trigger is pulled. Once trigger is pulled, flow indicator should then spin like crazy and solution should exit the bottom of the machine via the solenoid valve (spray should be from one edge of brush to the other edge). Follow the chain for troubleshooting and you should be able to identify the problem part.-Amanda

So if I pull the trigger and no water is coming out it’s most likely That ?

You can call us at 800-242-1378 and have a credit card ready, or you can simply do an online search for "solenoid valve part #2037436" and you will find several choices from which you can purchase the part. Thanks for watching!-Amanda S.

How you know that the solenoid is the problème

Lounes, You will need to know that three mechanical parts control the water: flow indicator (if bad it will pool water in it and may also deposit water directly in front of left rear wheel), the pump (test pump by turning on machine and depressing self-sealing gasket located in the small solution hose port in front of the flow indicator with a paperclip-water shoots up 6 to 8 inches then the pump is good), and the solenoid valve-pump good and flow indicator good but no water coming out then solenoid valve is probably frozen shut (if water pours out, it is frozen open)
