A correction. Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao (the ABC-islands) speak a native language called Papiamento/Papiamentu. Dutch and English are also official languages, but are less popular on the islands. No, Livonian definitely wasn't the main language back then. From what I have read, the elite consisted of Baltic Germans who owned the land and rented it out to the peasants (on extremely unfair conditions) and Polish (and seldom Lithuanian) people who may have been the rulers, but had no regional power. The people under the commonwealth spoke whatever language was their mother tongue (Lithuanian, Estonian, Livonian, Polish etc), however, Livonian was not a language with that many speakers even back then. Unfortunately, the beautiful language has become extinct nowadays.
