I'm still not 100% sure what I think of these cubes. They are definitely smoother and feel different than the stock versions that for sure. So far I prefer the Polymer Blend over the Old Plastic Dayan coated one, and I still prefer the Boron Treated one over either of these two.
I'm going to take a bit of time to set these up and see if there is anything I can do to make them more suitable to my style. Thanks for watching!

Angstrom is just his place for trying out projects. Its small scale and is not supposed to be for everyone. He even said at his starting video that this was'nt even for a bunch of profit either.

The unevenness is because the tensions on the GTS2 aren’t good until its basically too loose, so u might have to stretch and push in the center cap fully

Just get 2 red GTS2 center caps to deal with the engraving problem. Also, there’s an Angrstrom Galaxy M Megaminx & fully magnetic Volt Square-1. There are also Angstrom lubes, and non-magnetic premium set up speedcubes.

Yay old school intro!!!!! From the sound of the cubes I think I agree with you, I don’t think I’d like the zanch either. So with you on how back then the cubes were differ than now. To be completely honest with you idk why people are so into the old zanch feel.... personally I think some cubes now feel better than back then. I’m between the GTS 1 and 2 for main, fast and feel smooth. Might magnetize them tho cause I like the airy feel but they are unbalanced without then Mags. Haha saying that I haven’t tried a Gan, but atm too pricey for me lol.... I think te space you feel on the cube might be real as the cube turns because it looks like if the plastic was melted to the cube .....

How long did it take for them to get to you?
The polymer one looks like a 3x3 that was lubed with oil then dried, the Dayan one looks like it just got lubed with oil.
I have the poly coated one and it feels very uniqe. The best way I could describe it would be that it feels a slighly scratchy plastic was droped onto the pieces than moved around. ITs very uniqe

Garrett Newberry I think they had a problem with getting consistent results on how the puzzle feels so they scrapped it

I've heard (I think) that Angstrom is kinda the replacement to Project Boron and (might) produce similar puzzles more consistently.
I'm pretty sure it's because, like he said, it wasn't consistent. My guess is it would ruin some of the pieces to the point where you would need to scrap the pieces, which for cube like a GTS 2 it will get very expensive very quickly.
I have a boron GTS2M. It’s my main along with a cosmic Valk power M. It’s a nice cube

Hey crazybad. I'm a really novice cuber, ive been cubing about 3 months. 3x3 pb best about 20 sec, average 35. I don't know anyone personally who cubes so I literally just learn from online resources. Anyways I have a gts2m that I enjoy and a valk power m I bought for collection and to try that I cant seam to produce good settings for. Any tips? the gts2 feels much more forgiving and soft. maybe Its possible that the gts2 is the cube for me. never tried a dayan or gans. Enjoying your videos bud. I'm kind of late to the game. I'm 32 and just discovering this.
@crazybadcuber just a thought. how about a video on the evolution of your own personal cubing style and learning process. from your first cube up until now.
Hi, hope you are better. I was wondering if with the new style of videos if you could make a new set of 2-7 mains, with budget cubes, such as the yuxin little magic - a cube which it is possible to get sub 10 on. I think that if you are unboxing these expensive cubes such as these and the wuji m then it sends a message that these are the only good cubes, which is just false. Thanks for reading this and I hope that you get a new set of mains, hopefully under 59 dollars.

I got an angstrom Volt m, and it broke the first day. I legit held it in my hand and an edge snapped. 0/10 would not recommend (the puzzle is good, but 5 minutes of solving isn't worth 60$).

Guys, I need help. Currently, I’m a slow cyber, and I have a thunderclap. I want to get a new speedcube, and I can’t decide what to get. I’ve been pondering the Valk 3 Power, MF3RS2 M, Valk 3, and Aolong GT. Can anybody give me the basic rundown of the pros and cons between them?

Why don't they make a stickerless cube that looks like a stickered one? Basically the stickers will be a plastic cap with a rough texture and the piece itself have different plastic material with a smooth texture.
