You should've played this without Icy, he always ruins the video if it's a horror game

You should try playing scp: 5k With Icy and Skilly
Why didn't the game devs implement that as soon as one players in a team finds a page, the page is _automatically_ added to the book, regardless of who has the book and who has the page? Or make it so _every_ player can access the book. Players being forced to walk over to the bookkeeper and open their inventory to hand the page over is just needlessly complicated for Co-Op, and opens it up for trolling and griefing... what if the player with the page loses connection/logs off? The page was found, but wasnt handed over yet.. what if the player who had the book then can't find the page again in a later game? It just opens up so many possibilities of things going wrong.
Yes it is actually harder to get the bad ending than the good ending. How does it feel to have ended the world? 😄
The reason the “glitch” happened where if you were holding a head and died, the head would reanimate was because after you died the head took over YOUR dead body. Hope IGP sees this

Those "fish people" are actually called The Deep Ones. They are an ocean dwelling humanoid species who live in a town called Innsmouth. They were created by H.P. Lovecraft for his story "The Shadow Over Innsmouth" and they made appearances throughout a few other stories written by H.P. Lovecraft.
They were created by Dagon god actually.
He made the story when he found out he wasn’t as ethnically English as he thought he was.
Actually 🤓 the ones that live in Innsmouth are Deep One Hybrids. They are a cross between humans and Deep Ones and do not live in the ocean (obviously). Question is: who is porkin a Deep One.

i hate to say it but IGP was right, Cthulhu will never stop following him regardless, like every game has to have some type of connection with Cthulhu its like never fails.

Do you planning to dive deeper? I would love to see tunnels with wandering half awakened shoggoths guarding the Great Old One's secrets/the city of R'hyleh or a space adventure to pay a visit to Nyarlathotep, maybe Azatoth.

HP lovecraft was a good man who suffered terribly his whole life yet still did good things he dosent deserved to be branded something hes not and written of as "oh people back then were shitteey" WHEN HE WASNT.

@@housewilma4904 I mean, he kind of was a major racist as well as a classist, but I don't think it was malicious racism like the KKK, but rather a genuine belief that people who weren't upper class and descended from the puritans that came to the US were just not as cultured or smart as he was.
He wasn't an isolated shut-in, but rather an outgoing guy with a pretty high IQ and a creative head on his shoulders. He was eccentric and he did have a lot of personal issues, including his abusive mother and familial troubles.
Also, he kind of does treat people of other races as inferior in his stories. For example, he describes, in detail, why Wilbur Whately from The Dunwich Horror is unnerving to people and makes it a point to point out that Wilbur, unlike his grandfather and mother, looks more Hispanic than they do, as both his grandfather and mother are albinos. He also implies that a black dock worker murders the Norweigian captain from Call of Cthulhu.
All that being said, Lovecraft is one of my favorite writers and frankly, was a fascinating man for his time. Yes, he held pretty antiquated views even for his time and yes, he was strange but his works were amazing.
Icy was talking about Shub-Niggurath, a writhing mass of flesh and black tentacles, multiple mouths and it has goat legs. It also spawns babehs that decimate everything. There was a popular anime that summoned this creature in like season 2 or 3 to wipe out an Army of 80K men. Overlord was the anime.
I mean the spell used is called Shub-Niggurath, but the summons there are the Dark Youngs (the "goats" that she spanws)

A Great Old one of boundless fertility from which is produced an unending tide of monstrous abominations, most notably her "Baby Goats", whose upper torso are a mass of smashing tentacles and gaping toothy maws, all mounted on 4 cloven hooves whose bleating can drive men to madness and make them easier prey for the Goats. Just 1 on thier own is a huge threat and not easily dealt with.
Cthulhu's progenitor, the deity Nug, is the offspring of Shub-Niggurath and Yog-Sothoth, the latter of which exists outside of space and time as a deity that sees past, present and future simultaeneously and is the patron god of aspiring sorcerors who desire to summon but a portion of Yog to glean arcane secrets from.

Daedra appearance in TES is based off of Lovecraftian Horror, and if I recall Hermaeus Mora specifically is based off of Azathoth, which is usually depicted as a cluster of giant eyeballs at the center of a hulking tentacled mass.

The new Batman animated film “The Doom That Came To Gotham” is practically just throwing Batman back into the days of HP, while making it in his universe. It’s pretty wild. Gotta love that it’s free reign on the franchise, giving liberty to any and all who want to use its contents. The results of which, are always a fun time in some form or another, lol.

Mora is based off of Azathoth and Yog Sothoth, but Molag Bal is just straight up Satan.
The funny thing is that the whole tentacle mass aesthetic Hermaeus Mora adopted is just pop culture Lovecraftian/cosmic horror, while at their core, pretty much all Daedra are true cosmic horrors.
Daedra are essentially formless, incorporeal. They don't have a physical existence that can be described. They all just make up one that's comprehensible in order to more effecively interact with the inhabitants of Nirn. Otherwise, they'd just be a disembodied voice and presence driving people to insanity.
Honestly no idea how you folks managed to get even an ending at all, with all the chaos going on 👍

I love these collab videos. The way they prank, help, and antagonize one another reminds me of _Top Gear._ These three are basically the Clarkson, Hammond and May of the gaming world.

I know this is probably redundant and pointless, but it really bugged me. Hermaeus Mora was based off of Azathoth. The writers from Bethesda wanted to think of how to design a Daedric Knowledge god, so it's unsurprising they took inspiration from Lovecraft.
Ironic that Hermaeus Mora, an entity tied with the notation of holding countless amounts knowledge, was inspired by Azathoth who in the mythos is referred to as; "The Blind Idiot God."

Icy said that Azathoth looks like Hermaeus Mora (Daedric Prince of forbidden knowledge from The Elder Scrolls series) and he's not wrong, it's almost impossible to not find monsters in games that are inspired by Lovecraftian mythos in some way. Found out there's a ton of games I love that I didn't even know were based off of or Inspired by Lovecraftian mythos until recently.

This is awesome! Like decorating our dreams to become real as paradise. No other words for it. The games like Eresys has always been the masterpiece of my imagination as both artist and author, to admire and adore the environments of how mysterious it can be worth to explore and understand, without fear or doubt or confusion. Also I truly miss those fun moments between you and your Boys, these brings back the old fun and heartwarming moments together. I hope you all enjoy your everlasting adventures through fantasy and horror games. Looking forward on watching them.

Re-watching this made me happy that you and Icy parted ways. His presence in videos diminished my joy of watching and I found myself enjoying Skilly's presence so much more. Maybe Icy can fix himself instead of being so angry all the time and learn to enjoy and have fun with games again instead of being an asshole know-it-all when he's clearly wrong.
