- In this video we head out to a local creek to do some fun fishing. Krystal catches the orangest redfish I have ever seen! We use a new Datil blackening season and make some fish sandwiches for lunch.

I catch them in Spruce Creek which looked very similar to where you were. They get super orange back there too. Really tannic. Great video!!! Tight lines.

I dont mind a bunch of hunting and trapping videos, you can show as many as you want. And that fish sandwich looked great. The only thing i would have done different is put tarter sauce on both pieces of bread. Merry Christmas and wishing you and your family a wonderful New Year.

Krystal’s redfish was absolutely beautiful. Your marsh creeks looked like our creeks on Apalachee Bay minus the high clay banks. The first time i cooked blackened redfish i set off every smoke alarm in my buddies house. It was pretty late at night and his wife was not amused.
I believe that datle pepper was brought over with ponce de Leon and granny Stratton perfected it in the 40s some strattens still live in st. Augustin 😊
Great job Tug. My Dad used to run a river in Alaska professionally and the one time he had the family in the boat he ran into a tree. It was hilarious. This is your channel and you can what you like on it, we're just here for the ride

Beautiful red! We used to catch bright gold colored ones in the brackish canals on Merritt Island WR...until mosquito control drained all the canals about 5 yrs back...wiped out 2 big schools of the Golden reds.

I like taking the bread and grilling it on both sides like a grilled cheese. The bread doesn't get soggy and the crunch you will get is awesome. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I’ve caught them in Panama City at the head of the bays in creek mouths almost that orange. He is a pretty fish.

In the marsh is where the orange reds are always found the lighter ones spend more time in the bays and move to shallow water with the tide but the orange ones only move out of the marsh when a cold front pushes the water out by beautiful fish

I have a dish washer and at a dinner we could have 6 to 8 people and I hand wash every thing. I also love washing and folding laundry.

Those canals are loaded with blue crabs especially when it cools down. Hot skillet and good butter with damn near any kinda fresh seafood is gonna draw every hungry varmint around with that look out I'm comin' in hot smell of utter hongriness ..... Those canals hold lots of flounder, clams, and mussels. A man can eat good on the brackish backwaters and ICW.
