Yes! However eggs hold things together so your cookies will fall apart easier. They will taste exactly the same though!

no more than 10-11 min! I just made this recipe and noticed in the comments of the website that 15 minutes makes them come out too hard. I took mine about at around 11minutes and they came out perfect! Golden brown on the bottom and edges, but a bit pale on the surface.
