As someone who LOVES those pudding cups from Walmart I appreciate you sharing this recipe. However, there are a few things I would recommend adding:
I would recommend adding whipping cream to the chocolate ganache and whipped cream to make it taste more like a mousse
I would also add another layer with blended graham crackers mixed with baking powder and milk
