As much as it's bad that a -18 year old went on a 18+ server, at the end of the day it's still your responsibility to ensure they are of age, you can't expect children to follow through with this and not lie. It depends, for me personally it can take a while before it fully sets in what has happened, especially being a child at the time you may not know what they've done is wrong and be a bit unaware at the time. Victims may take their time to heal, work on themselves, fully realise what has happened, or compile evidence. 2 possible hot takes I’d like to give on this topic:
1- What the f*ck was a 15 year old doing going into an 18+ server? This accuser knew exactly what they were doing and they still did it. The 18+ tag isn’t a suggestion, it’s a “DO NOT ENTER IF YOU’RE UNDERAGE”
2- Why did they wait so long to come forward about it? This happens so often these days with accusations that I’m not even convinced it’s about fear anymore. I’m convinced it’s because the ‘victim’ is waiting until the ‘bad person’ is famous or rich before coming forward so they can try and get some easy money

I completely disagree with the things you've said and i'll explain why:
1. As much as it's bad that a -18 year old went on a 18+ server, at the end of the day it's still your responsibility to ensure they are of age, you can't expect children to follow through with this and not lie. You, as an adult, must be the one to check or verify, if you're incapable too then you shouldn't be doing it, or avoid it.
2. It depends, for me personally it can take a while before it fully sets in what has happened, especially being a child at the time you may not know what they've done is wrong and be a bit unaware at the time. Victims may take their time to heal, work on themselves, fully realise what has happened, or compile evidence. Ivory despite being in the wrong might've believed Pyro to be a groomer and felt coming out about it would've stopped him from doing it more.
Personally I think your two points put too much blame on the vicitim. In this situation I don't think pyrocynical is a groomer by any means, my prior points are based of applying this to a situation in which someone is a groomer.
I don't feel victims should be discredited because of the time they took to come out about it, I also don't think a 15 year old should be shamed for what they've done, because at that age you can't expect them to know better. In my eyes it'll always be the responsibility of the adult to look out of that stuff.
Obviously, in this case Pyro didn't know Ivory's age thus he wasn't a groomer. Pyro also admits it was stupid of him to not verify his age before RPing. Pyro did indeed make a mistake of which is forgivable considering the circumstances of Ivory lying
