    Key Points Discussed:
Reinventing Marriage: How young people are discarding traditional marriage, only to recreate it with new names and structures, incorporating elements like contracts, blockchain technology, and customized agreements.
Freedom and Responsibility: The crucial balance between freedom and responsibility, and how true freedom enables responsible actions within relationships and communities.
Modern Community Building: The shift towards "meaning communities" where people are connected by shared purposes and preferences, creating stronger, more aligned bonds.
Challenges of Modern Relationships: The difficulties of placing one's source of happiness on another person and how new relationship structures can address these challenges.
Cultural Perspectives: A comparison between American and European approaches to freedom, responsibility, and community, highlighting unique observations and insights.
Join us as we navigate these complex topics and envision a future where relationships and communities are more meaningful, resilient, and aligned with our true nature as human beings.

Marriage will become a subscription service with rules that are agreed upon by both parties

Yes, it has to correct itself. The current culture is due to media, an economy centred on profit rather than making sure it can provide basic necessities for the family, ideologies that are not aligned with the family and the legislated mortal decline instituted by our leaders.
It can change peacefully or through hard times. To have a real country, you have to have good family values which means marriage has to be taken seriously.

Love it. You've highlighted some crucial factors influencing our culture today. How do you envision a shift towards stronger family values in our society?

There aren’t good family values in the country and the dating market will not correct itself, both sides are to stubborn, to proud, to arrogant

He's right that we've lost the idea of responsibility. I once read from Rollo May, a psychologist I think from the 1950s, that as the US has a Statue of Liberty on the East Coast, it needs a Statue of Responsibility on the West Coast to balance it. Freedom without responsibility is impossible. I like his description that the US is like a kindergarten. But, I also like the hope he provides. I suppose that every now and then, we need to learn for ourselves why we have certain traditions like marriage in place, break those traditions only to re-insert them. His idea of "meaning communities" is interesting. The church can provide this but that's only if you agree with its teachings. The benefit that I see with that system of living is that marriage becomes a pact within that community and held together by the traditions and customs of that community instead of a pact held together by government. Get government out of marriage bc it rarely if ever actually has our best interests in mind. Good disscussion.

Well said. Thank you for sharing your insights! How can communities foster responsibility and uphold traditions like marriage in today's world?

Marriage is an union of three. If you Put God out of the Picture there is no Marriage. A Ring and a sermon is not enough

Interesting viewpoint! How do you believe spiritual aspects can strengthen marital bonds in today's diverse society?

Marriage is a holy sacrament that has the potential to edify us and unite the divine in both men and women.
Struggle and challenge do not indicate the lack of this potential.

Well said! How do you think we can navigate through struggles in marriage while preserving its sacred essence?

Good question. Higher power can support the individual. Awareness that the marriage is sacred can remove part of the ego battle between partners.
Perhaps partners' discussion of the spiritual essence of a marriage can be a salve and an inspiration to both if both perceive it.

All things on earth have the potential to be sacred and contain the seed of sanctity. It is what we make of it. Therefore the potential. Dogmatic religion can dilute this experience.
We must find our way back to this potential.

I totally agree with you, Adam. Marriage will be "reinvented" - and, as per the current trend to give every normal human activity a new label, it'll be called something else for a while. 😄

Your European guest is wrong. People do not want freedom and the responsibility that goes with it; they are buckling under the stress of having to create their own lives. They are following a script given them by feminism, and wondering why it leads to despair.

@@AttachmentAdam The draconian laws of the police state, which impede on the rights pertaining to a man's life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness with DIGNITY is what have not been repealed hitherto. Since the Magna Carta (which was only for barons who would increase productivity,to which we have had been subscribing till date) there has not been a declaration of independence for MEN, apart from the MRA/MGTOW manifesto or something vide circa 2000 in the xyz forum by 79 men from across the world, which also failed miserably. I could only tell you what men need. They want to create their own version of declaration of sentiment at senecafalls. And they might achieve it. The reason being, its unaffordable and whence it comes to survival, they would become the sacrificial lambs lead to the abattoir by this man-hating society, which we see every single day as well.
FEMINISM has exposed real female nature to men en masse and tainted the interaction between an average man and an average woman forever. That is a shortpoint. And it is not men who put out women to pastures. It is women, who in cahoots with the GYNO-CENTRIC society (i.e. pedestalising & prioritising women & children first TITANIC style policy) would never lay blame on the backstabber who jumped on the bandwagon and threw them under the bus, i.e women.
You are free to have your opinion on MGTOW/MRA/RED PILL, but you still owe me the discussion with Mr. Paul Elam, let me see when yours truly would make it happen. I would love to see you ask these very questions to Mr. Paul Elam.
Kindly let me know when it would happen.
