I like my streaky bacon really crispy (just under burnt) and very little mayo or burger sauce. Far to messy. The young lad,who it seemed was a one man band here, gets bonus points. It’s mincemeat smashed into a Pattie, maybe some spices salt n pepper so easy to make, but cost a fortune to buy in takeaways an American thing 🥴
