Just finishing the last piece! May have to make it again immediately! Seriously...do make the peanut butter cookies first. They are just scrumptious and then you'll be ready to do the cheesecake. This has got to be one of the best cheesecake recipes on the planet, Keto or No Keto !! I kid you not!! Hard to believe it is legal and am still losing! I limited ourselves to a slice every other night or we would've been lost!

I made this last night. Had a piece for breakfast. It was delicious!!!! I think I have to have another piece now! Just for today. It is a holiday here, after all!

I made this a couple of weeks ago and let me tell you...his reaction when eating it was exactly mine. Nailed it on my first time! It was amazing and many of my non-keto colleagues I made try it loved it! No sugar except for what is in the peanut butter and dark chocolate AND tastes as frigging good as it does?? Game changer! I'm going to make my second one tonight! Awesome recipe!

I made this over the weekend and number one; no one suspected it was keto, two; the brown butter was an awesome tip, and three; I had to freeze the other half- I had a hard time stopping, he's absolutely right. I think it's the best keto dessert I've made. Maybe the best dessert period! Thank you!

@@FoodforThought12345678dsdsIt is if you only have one serving! One serving - 1 slice of the cheese cake cut up into 16 slices. Therefore the Net Carbs: 3g Carbs: 6g. Where is the 40g of carbs? Net carbs 3g X 16 = 48....that is the whole cake. Who the hell eats a whole cake? I for one would be sick and if a person does that then they clearly have an eating disorder and need food addiction therapy because eating plan will ever help.
@@FoodforThought12345678dsds stop with the keto police BS! It’s all how the individual person can fit these macros to sustain a ketogenic lifestyle! Some can achieve with higher carb ratios and some have to lower their carb ratio! It’s not a one size fits all!
@@FoodforThought12345678dsds The main source of the carbs is the "dark chocolate" which still has sugar in it. You could use 100% dark chocolate with no added sugar and then add stevia or the easy thing to do would be to add a bar of Lily's no sugar added dark chocolate which already has the artificial sweetener in it.

everything spot on. One thing i would use, instead of spatula, use an offset knife, like for cake decorating, will make smoothing filling and the beautiful ganache topping so much easier. Thank you for making this video.

I also have made it in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. You can lift the whole thing out and slice it. Makes portion control easier too!

Ok, I just finished making this cheesecake.. My thoughts.. first, absolutely delicious. That is what is most important. I used the 7” springform pan and it is really too small. 8” would have been much better. I made the cookie recipe and had lots of crumbs leftover. Lots of filling leftover too. I used all the extra stuff to make 5 extra small portions in cups. Darned if I would throw any of this away.. This recipe is a keeper. I also added a bit more sweetener to the filling. Good you suggested to taste,
