    I made these, these are actually pretty good! I used Swerve sugar replacement instead of sucrin powder. I actually just realized I forgot to put the cinnamon in them, and it was still good!
    Will have to make them right next time, haha.

      Did you use 70 grams? I was also thinking of using swerve but I don't know if that will be too much.

      also if you dip your fork in water between each press, the fork won't stick to the cough balls

    Just put a batch in the oven and awaiting the results! The batter tastes good. I flattened the cookies with a rolling pan because I like crunchy cookies not cakey cookies, and I added chcolate chips!!! Can't wait.

    To avoid the Psyllium husk flavor, Id recommend just using a tablespoon of beef gelatin.

    I made these cookies and really enjoyed them! Definitely don't touch until at least 15 minutes of cool down time. In my opinion they tasted better the next day. Very soft cookie, I would only use 50g of sukrin next time(I didn't bother pondering it in blender). I also added chopped pecans to my cookies

    Hi....can you tell me please how come these cookies seemed to sound so much crunchier when you were pulverizing them for the base of your no bake peanut butter cheesecake? Do they get crunchier/ harder if left in a tin? Do please tell....

    I made mine smaller. I used a teaspoon to measure, and made 50 little cookies about the size of a quarter (Canadian), did the criss cross, and topped each one with a half peanut. I put them in the freezer so I could have one or two at a time, without being tempted to eat them all in one sitting. :)

    Just had a go at these, but unfortunately the local supermarket had no psyllium husk, just a rude out of stock sign. So I used almond flour instead, same amount. Turned out OK I think. As you said, not the crunchiest bikkie but quite nice. Will be interesting to see if any different once I do find the elusive ingredient. I made what I consider to be modest sized biscuits, and ended up with 17, so yes your 8 would have been big! Next step is to use these in the base of your peanut butter cheesecake (actually, pretty much the reason I was led to this recipe in the first place) which I'm quite looking forward to making some time!

    What if you left them in the oven a wee bit longer? Would that in turn make them more like a biscuit? Harder?

      Yes you could definitely lower the oven temp to say 150-160 instead and bake for about 8-10 minutes longer. And make double the amount of cookies that I did. SO instead of 8 big make 16 smaller ones.

      My double chocolate chip cookies become very crisp after a day. Try that recipe.

      I make mine much flatter this helps them crisp more as there's more surface to crisp and less density to remain soft. I also leave them in the oven longer to help them along.

      Erythritol and stevia. But you can use Swerve or Monkfruit.

      You can skip the husk completely and it will work just fine. That's only a bit of a texture enhancer.

      Sukrin Gold is a sweetener, not a flour.

      I don't have any of them myself but that's a recipe that you can make just following the video and eyeballing the ingredients. It's more about method than exact measurements. :) Plus I probably give you a rough idea in the video anyway.

      It's not Keto. It's pretty much the same as using regular sugar in terms of what it does.

      I haven't tried but I don't think it's any use unless you mix two kinds of flours. Just skip the psyllium husk it will work without that too.
