I grew up with plant-based agar-agar pudding (using coconut milk/cream as it's naturally found in tropical countries). I'm lactose intolerant myself but maybe for once in a couple of months I can enjoy your recipe, thanks for sharing it with us!

I take ox bile supplements with every meal which is once or twice a day. It takes care of the extra fat I’m eating. My gall bladder does not make enough bile so this helps my body break down fats.

So these are not thickeners really you wouldn't put this in a sauce or something. Honestly I don't use thickeners on Keto, xanthan gum is the only option that works and it's terrible. I stick to making my sauces thick by reduction, coconut or dairy cream and this super cool trick from my pot roast recipe: czcams.com/video/lD7q1cDMtS0/video.html
@@HeadbangersKitchen You use Go cream!!!😭...I always used to think heavy cream is something that HAS to be higher in fat content and I can't substitute with creams like this...NOW I CAN MAKE ALL YOUR DESSERTS. 😭. SO HAPPY.

I would grate a chocolate bar rather than break it in small pieces and weigh it after grated. Melts even faster that way.

Can you do a video about the agar agar, and compare and contrast it with gelatin and other keto thickeners? I can’t stand the slimy ones.
