You guys are the Real Deal.
Keep up the awesome work.
That transom build was excellent
Great work, 99.9999999% of people could not do what you are working on.And that does not include the un-seen love you put in. Well done!!!!
Now that's a handsome transom !!
You all make it look so easy. Must take years to build that level of confidence.👍👍
Enjoying this greatly. While I do dearly love my other restoring boat channels that have taken years to get where there are (it takes a village and not everyone has said village immediately at hand). It is rather amazing to watch a shop with many skilled individuals and a deadline rip through a project and restore a hsitoric vessel.
Beautifully shot and edited. Everyone is so good on camera, and explanations are so clear. Plus, excellent work on the boat itself!

My favorite channel 🙏. Plz don’t ever change a thing, except get the North Star back in the ocean where she belongs 😉
I think the channel is struggling. CZcams’s algorithm sucks. We have to share.
That Morgan🥰🥰
Hi, I'm still very impressed. Respect. I keep my fingers crossed for Poland.⛵⚓.
Merci beaucoup pour cette super vidéo
Respect. That’s all I can say.
Facinating work! I also enjoy the background music. How much of the structure is replaced? 70-80%?
I’ve been waiting all afternoon for this… 😊
Thank you for sharing - looks like amazing progress is happening...
J aurais bien donner un billet pour récupérer la poupe du bateau comme objet de décoration.., la prochaine fois, appelez moi avant de la découper.., je vous paye la bière tout au long du chantier pour une telle pièce! Very nice work !
Exceptional!❤
Great progress! That transom looks outstanding. Black locust?
❤❤❤❤❤
Look up sailing flying coney
They have a awesome solid wood sailing vessel needs new owners
I know it had to be done but the toss of the old transom bit into the dumpster hurt just a bit...
I’m Not a boat builder but just curious why not bronze fasteners?
Cost
As above commentor stated it comes down to cost.
Nice work on a rotten old boat.. Tune your guitar!
Yes, I would like to keep in touch as interesting project. However, while the making of videos may not have the same priority as the work progresses, as a viewer, and a subscriber, it would be helpful if it were possible to stick to a schedule, say every second week, rather than appearances seeming to be random. I am looking forward to ep 12. When is that due? Thanks.
I have been following from the start. It has been every other Friday at 6:00 pm pacific time. You can watch the episode live. They haven’t wavered on this by a minute.
@@Deanmachine667 Hi Dean, Thank you for your response. I have already seen ep11 about a week ago. May I ask when ep12 is scheduled for. Best. Ted
Sorry, I am being a wally, as you have already mentioned every other Friday. Thanks. Ted.
@@edwardtimberlake4646 Next video will be released tomorrow Friday, Next North Star Episode will be released June 7th!
@@FavouriteBoatworks Ok, so I now understand that next North Star episode, number 12, will be 7th June. The one showing on the 24th May is another boat, and not one that I am following, nice as it maybe. Now realise the videos are about Favourite Boatworks and whatever is happening there every other week, and not just focused on North Star. 🙂
