- The “Taylor Swift challenge” is sweeping social media. To get in shape for her international tour, Swift says she runs on a treadmill, singing her entire performance out loud. That means the pop star sings 44 songs in total while running. Now, fans are running on the treadmill singing Swift’s hits. Ultra marathoner Zoe Rom sang all 44 songs while running on the treadmill. Inside Edition’s Ann Mercogliano took on the challenge.
Damn I don’t remember Taylor swift being this popular until this year. Never realized how much of a superstar she was.

I have been a fan since forever but yes something shifted 2020 when she released 2 surprise folk album those album brought so many new fans cause it showed her lyrics its was truly amazing albums (folklore, evermore) then with her short film all too well and Midnights (her latest album) release things went to the sky but what made it this crazy is the tour its a show even non fans loved it i live in Asia and i never seen this many ppl talk about Taylor its like daily news so its her hard work she don’t stop always have something to do

The idea is to be able to train yourself to sing while you're also dancing and moving around a ton. It's something a lot of singers, where they sing their whole concert set while working out to be sure they don't get out of breath during the show.
Well taylor swift had to be able to sing and run at the same time to avoid sounding bad on stage which is harder than just running for 3 hours thats all

In my opinion she started singing her songs like in a walking manner with the speed increasing as days go by.
She is singing one or two songs when she tries to rehearse and keep it going faster. She might have practiced 2 or 5 songs or an era a day. And when she was doing it well enough, she then proceeded to sang the whole setlist in chronological order.
Her workout prep is in her Time Person of the Year article. It was personally designed for her by her gym. It was more than running and singing 44 songs on a treadmill. Artists have to be able to perform with the wind blowing at them, in the heat, rain and cold. J.J. Watts went to the concert with his wife and her friends and said her stamina was incredible. He said he couldn't do that for 3 1/2 hours.
